No? Pain Resonance, No Way Out and BBQ&Chilli are some of the strongest killer perks in the game right now and all of them require you to get hooks. Slugging can be useful but doing it constantly is asking to be out-pressured over time if you aren't playing Condemn-only Sadako.
pain res got nerfed into into the ground no way out requres you to hook all 4 survivors and bbq is just info

Nope. Been playing since resident evil so i know how bad the game can get technical wise but particularly they have been quite disappointing in many aspects.

before this patch, terminus would apply broken and you would only get the speedboost from adrenaline

killers have already lost of ton of perks thru the years the meta has come and gone many times just nerf dead hard so it can be gone too you'll get used to it don't worry just adept like killers have been doing for years
