I think true endgame collapse balance would be for the killer to see blips of the survivor every day 10 seconds. Once the timer starts the survivor has to survive the timer. When that timer is up, both exits open up. But killer can close them both if you don't escape in time resulting in the entity claw getting you.

I can edit but I made a little mistake.
When I say switch one health state. I meant to say swap health states with the downed survivor once.
Tier 1/2/3 activates on 4th/3rd/2nd hook on any survivor.

When a survivor goes into the dying state you gain the ability to switch 1 health states with the down survivor. This is my failing the skill check which appears immediately upon healing the downed survivor in the dying state.
The point of this perk is to act as a sacrifice to give another survivor another chance in return for your suffering. This can be used to prevent a Death hook on another survivor.

Can I just say that I'm so glad someone else is actually in approval of Joyce as a survivor.
I've seen so much fanboy/fangirling over Steve which I don't understand. Joyce is amazing and I like to see stuff like this which presents her as far more than a weirdo who scoops ice cream and has a much less meaning than Joyce and the other main characters in Stranger Things.

It makes 100% logical sense but as you said maybe the Devs didn't have the same idea this time. There's no real deadline to acquiring the license but it just feels about the absolute finest of points.
Fortnite have there ST event thingy, maybe once that finishes it'll be Dbds turn.

I will be so mad if the Devs turned around and gave Tapp a Officer Hopper skin. They tend to let you down somehow. I have hope this time. With the success of stranger things, it would be a genius move.

I think Chapter 13 is a stranger things themed chapter.
Netflix has approached behaviour and something happened.
Something secret and it just happens in 6 weeks from now we have a new chapter coming. Along with new killer new survivor new map it just fits perfectly.
There's no confirmation of both a killer and survivor but at least one of them. The survivor is kinda the Show. Bring the Demogorgon alone and you're like what is this, so this is the baddy from Stranger Things?.
I'm sure you're aware of the tweet from Netflix Nx.
Chapter 14 contains no map. Chapter 13 does have a map. It's perfect. The announcement came a few weeks ago so something is coming.
And what is Stranger Things, without the place it is set. Hawkins itself. The upside down, the perfect fit for this game. It has to be surely.
Stranger things has been going for a few years so design would already exist, ideas flowing. Behaviour wanted Stranger Things and Stranger Things wanted dbd (and fortnite) the tweet confirms it.
It falls on the introduction of dedicated servers, switch release and the perfect advert for the switch release. Dbd with the new stranger things chapter. It just fits perfectly. The archives will already be in game. Stranger things could be like a seal of approval that it's the perfect home to all the licenses out there.
Think about it. The Devs haven't mentioned anything on it. Maybe they can't because they have to keep absolutely quiet about it.

What I'm trying to say is that no-one Really cares about Steve. He isn't what the show is about. He's kinda someone in the background helping out the main cast.
If Stranger Things want to showcase itself to the gaming world, Steve isn't the answer.
I genuinely hope they have Joyce lined up but why I'm so cautious of them getting a nobody like Steve. It's because they've done it before with Tapp and Quentin. No-one likes Tapp and Quentin looks like a junkie. I know Steve will be the next to join the unwanted licensed survivor gang next if he came to dbd.
And I know you and the guy liking your comments want Steve but I disagree in fact if I see a Steve in any lobby in future. I will be so mean to them because they took Joyce's rightful place as survivor. They're gonna regret playing him against me as killer.
I just hope there is a stranger things chapter with survivor killer map the works Everything because I want revenge if we don't get Joyce or someone I like (anyone but Steve)

Can I just ask...Find me some quotes Steve says which make you go wow.
Joyce and Hopper have a ton of these and they are magnificent. Full of emotion determination, power and grit. I don't think you get anything remotely close to that with Steve.

What I'm saying is that Joyce was a major part in the major plot running throughout the whole 3 seasons and no-one can deny that because it's a stonewall fact.

Yeah, increase more places where the killer can camp and block progress, everything is survivor´s fault.
There are tons of good killers out there not having problems with gens rush, also survivors makes mistakes too...
Because camping twice as many objectives is harder for killers yet survivors don't make any more progress than they would have.

I don't think it's super simple like you put it. This community is super toxic and unpleasant due to the competitive nature and the inability to respect fellow players opinions.
I always hear "it's just a game, why take it so seriously?" One minute and then a little later they're losing their minds about something being OP or the game being broken. These mixed messages and on off frustrations contradict themselves and make everything you are supposed to do seem so toxic and controversial.
It's the labelling and the right or wrong decision mentality which creates most of this games problems.
Also I find it rude when some content creators act as if they are more important than another person. Regardless of how many hours you have.
Too often people think they can say anything they want however controversial and stupid just because they have say 10,000 playing dbd they think they are untouchable.
There are probably more decent content creators like yourself but the amount of times I see one group of viewers attacking another streamer or content creator is alarming and brings shame to the community. When that shame is brought to question there's always the "it's just a game" stance being made. It's a minority but some content creators don't hold themselves accountable for their actions.

Really though I don't hate him as a character I just hate how people seem to be fangirling over him when he isn't gonna cut it for the majority.
Joyce is what this game kinda needs. She has some really good quotes unlike Steve's. Hopper too, present him as an ordinary man rather than "hey imma detective guy" and he'll be a great addition. We know his story isn't over and it'll be cool to play as the guy who's gone missing and presumed dead.

Joyce = Take my money
Steve = I'll make whoever plays him pay. I'll ignore everyone until I find him and I will show him how meaningless he is as a character. I won't even hook him, I'd just hit him to the ground and watch him crawl in the dirt where he belongs.
See Joyce, Hopper, Nancy, Jonathan are respectable characters who are deserving of being a representative of Stranger Things. Choose wisely.

The Devs are smart people, they won't ever think Steve or Barb would ever be their first choices for a Stranger Things survivor, and if you disagree You Are Insane.
Billy is not up there either because we know pretty much nothing about him. He was the bad guy for most of his time so far. He has literally had about 20 lines out of thousands.

I'm just gonna say what I think. You're entitled to your own opinions. Having Steve Harrington as a survivor is stupid. He doesn't define Stranger Things. Like I said before he's just one character a lot of you are just obsessed with for some reason.
Joyce Byers is a million times more relevant because she is in the spotlight far far more than most other characters.
Encountering the monster once or twice isn't relevant. The substance of the plot seriously goes over your head if you think Joyce is a nothing character.
If you continue trying to convince me otherwise. I will open the gate and make sure Steve gets it.

Make gens a tiny bit faster but make it so you have to do something like follow the cable to get to a breaker box not too far away to restart the generator. The progress will still be kept but you can't repair it any more unless you check the fault.
Idk anything which is less tedious, increases gameplay objectives

I only started watching Stranger Things like 4 days ago. Since then I've seen EVERYTHING and I would consider myself a superfan. If anyone suggests anything dumb (something I don't agree with) I will send you back to the 80s for good.

Good god, what did Joe Keery ever do to you? Steve is universally considered one of the best characters in the show. His character development is second to none.
Stranger Things is a great show with many many great character performances.
Steve is in the mix as decent but Joyce, Hopper, Nancy, Jonathan are just way more meaningful and engaging than Steve Stupid Harrington could ever be.
That is a stone cold fact. I SAW EVERYTHING I KNOWS EVERYTHING.

Steve would be a terrible mistake because he has very little significance in the Stranger Things story.

Had he ever had a plan with complete conviction and eagerness to carry out...no he just tags along with everyone else
Steve Harrington is not what defines Stranger Things at all.
You might like him as a character but what his character represents is far less to what Joyce and Hopper and even Nancy represent.
Steve Harrington is nothing, he's dirt he's a nobody. That is exactly what his character building is. From a cool guy to someone who just isn't wanted. And people like you want him dressed as a sailor man running around Macmillan because he's great.
Nancy is such a better option and So is Hopper and Joyce.

How would it work.
Maybe it's terror radius is just the upside down world. You can emerge from walls and take the form of shadowy darkness while not activating your ability of upside down to travel around quickly.
Sound familiar? Old Freddy except without the dream state, just being able to use obstacles to emerge from to attack survivors. Like the pigs stealth ability.
I don't know but I feel like the upside down world would be a mechanism for a stranger things killer. It surely must be a Demogorgon.

Behaviour have been working with netflix recently. It cannot be chapter 14 because surely there would be a need for a new map of Hawkins, Lab, Upside Down, Arcade etc.

I don't understand why people want Barb. She is an empty character who means nothing to the story of Stranger Things. She was thrown away in the first few episodes, she would be a grave mistake and a huge name missed out on.

Also can I just say to those of you wanting a Steve. You'll end up with another Quentin. Stoned face, stupid outfit and cheesy feel. A meaningless human being.
Joyce though she is not the strongest but she's a fighter. She would do anything to protect her own and work tirelessly to uncover the truth to shield the ones she loves and cares about from danger.
Steve - Just a normal cliche 80s teen who's in and out of love. You might like his hair but that's about it.

I tried correcting Dom to Jonathan but it won't let me edit it dammit. Yeah Jonathan looks like Jake Park imo. Probably the work of commies.
Also if there was a Chapter on Stranger Things It would be such a dumb but funny idea to have a slow walking russian guy with a machine gun who always seems to catch up as a killer.

@Peanits can we place fake pallets in weird places like inside another pallet or all beside eachother in a building or do we have specific locations we have to use?
Is there any drawback to the survivor dropping a fake pallet.
