I disagree. I have a lot of fun with Hellfire because it is much uniquer than players pretand. There are many situations where you can hit a survivor that neither Artist, Pyramid Head, nor Nemsis would get. Meanwhile, there are tiles, loops, and other things where Artist, Pyramid Head, or Nemsis can get a hit but not Dracula's Hellfire. And then we have situation where either all of them or three or two of them would get a hit - e.g. when a survivor dropping from a window, Nemsis, Dracula, and Artist can get a direct hit with their powers while Nemsis and Dracula can abuse the little bottom hole on Saloon's shack to get a surprise hit. I think this is more than fair and makes everyone of them much more uniquer than many players might think. It makes a lot of fun to test on which tiles, loops, and everything else you can hit a survivor with hellfire. Of cause, they are similar but still unique in their own way. Two of many example:

In the end, every player has a different opinion about what is fun and what is not fun and I think it is okay when we have a different opinion about how fun Hellfire is. Your suggestion with a curving Hellfire could become an Addon to make it more unique. Currently his Ring Addon adds a little bit of autoaim to Hellfire but this Addon is rather weak and does not help with learning Hellfire. So reworking this Addon into something that you suggest could be good to make it more unique.
i think this is a fair take on it tbh

that his iri add-on. it is suppose to allow you curve the hellfire pillars by tracking survivor on screen. it is just that i am not sure that iri add-on works properly and it has negative of reducing pillars by +1 which indirectly is negative to his green add-on that increases his charge time by 25%. both of these add-on would just be better without negatives.
Auto tracking is a bit different though.. I think the hellfire just needs a decent rework to be slightly more interesting without making it crazy strong

maybe exhaustion should recover 166% faster for 20 seconds
40 seconds of exhaustion 166% faster would lower to around 15 seconds of exhaustion
-
maybe a better change is after the 10 seconds is up you get your exhaustion back but that would be really annoying mid chase so i like the really fast recovery as there would at least be some risk to get it back mid chase

OP is incorrect. Dark Theory is 2% haste. But 2% is indeed garbage. Most non-exhaustion survivor perks that grant haste grant either 5% or 7%. Considering that it's only 10 second and can only activate up to 5 times, I'd say 7% haste for 10 seconds in addition to no scratch marks would be fine, but to be honest I'm not sure even that pretty major buff would significantly raise usage rates. Considering just how limited this perk is by its activation condition and time limit, I'd suggest that it hide pools of blood in addition to scratch marks and eliminate grunts of pain in addition to the 7% haste effect for 10 seconds.
And even with all of these buffs I doubt you'd see much usage. Perks that activate upon completing gens have such a horrible activation condition if the effect can't be stored.
yeah i agree that itd be hard to increase usage without making it broken so i just liked the idea of getting free sprint bursts/exhaustion back if you're not in chase even in chase you could try some fun builds i think it would just be a fun change as right now its worthless

I'd sooner give it a small Haste effect, like 2% Haste for the 10 seconds. Could make it useful during chases or traveling.
i was actually going to originally say give it like a sprint burst when a gens completed but then adrenaline would be useless and i liked the idea of having it combo well with exhaustion instead. also 2% haste is absolutely worthless boon dark theory is 4% and even that is garbage

okay this isnt really an idea im super passionate about anyway it was just a quick thought that i thought people might like
-
i just didnt want to word it as "it takes 2 seconds longer to recharge" because that would make it sound like i mean 2 seconds longer PER BLINK which would be way more
-
it doesnt seem that complicated to me its just starting the recovery two seconds later

2016-2018 Nurse has fatigue, nurse has all blinks after using blinks
2019 Nurse added time to recover blinks after using blinks
2023 Do you want her to add recovery to the "recovery of blinks"? What's next Fatigue on fatigue on the recovery of the "recovery of blinks"? :)
It seems to me that this is not a very good measure, the most difficult thing against a nurse is that it is very difficult to parry the second blink, because. she has control in the lunge, as I said, you need to reduce her lunge attack on the second blink
well the original idea was that it didn't recover for the entirety of the fatigue but that was too long, so i just thought why not keep it a constant 2 seconds so no matter what the fatigue is its still the same

i feel like the buff just makes spirit fury on its own actually useable without making it nearly as strong as spirit fury enduring. I think 10% would be good

I love how this forum is full of 200 hour andy's that don't get that this combo usually gets used by killers you shouldn't predrop. Like bubba, demo and iri button legion.
I agree that spirit fury enduring is strong, that's why i literally based the whole suggestion around it not buffing that combo at all. It's just a buff to spirit fury as a solo perk so it can be used in more builds. also 20% is a bit much I think 10-15% would be better
-
i love the auto reload and travel speed ideas, and the terror radius aura one is pretty cool too

Enfury is a stupid combo anyways. I would compare it to old dead hard as in its an killers making a mistake but compensating with perks. Spirit fury is boring gameplay especially with certain killers. It doesnt need a buff
its pretty easy to counter by predropping though, and its pretty fun to use at least in my opinion. i just think it would be a good change to make spirit fury not terrible on its own without changing enfury at all. Its only a very slight buff I just think it would be a nice little tweak

another idea is to make it so you enter lockers way quicker so you can slow vault in very fast

Awakened Awareness is garbage on Starstruck builds. Starstruck will make survivors scram from a slug the second someone goes down if the survivors aren’t complete morons. AA only reads in 20m. If carrying ends and someone is still in the 20m, their aura is read for another extra 2s. As in, does literally nothing to people who leave the 20m before carrying ends.
Guess what? Nurse fatigue after two blinks into a swing is 3.5s. Pick up takes 3s. Guess what a survivor can do in 6.5s even if they start literally beside the Nurse? Run 26m away. Let’s be even more generous and say the survivor in chase misplayed and went down to a single blink. That’s 2.5s fatigue then. 5.5s is 22m.
Which begs the question, what in hell are you doing not leaving the area?
Before someone brings up Gideon/Midwich, those are both terribly designed maps that are way too small and need to be increased anyways in size. On basically any other map, this is a complete non-issue.
you just move around with agitation until you see someones aura with awakened awareness then hook/drop them and you can guarantee people are in the radius
