Same issue, too. BHVR seems to think only BHVR employees deserve DbD Twitch Drops based on this activity. Does Twitch/Amazon know that BHVR is bait and switching their viewers?!

I have tried this with quick tap of R2 over an over. It keeps downing them like normal. Does not grab. Must be related to the same bug that keeps console players from getting grabs since it uses the same mechanic. Stupid I say. This needs to be fixed. I cannot even do my daily today because I have no mori and this addon does not work.

Bad for Killer or bad for Survivor? If you are going to critique something, it would be nice to actually do so and not just troll the forums with negative posts.Criticism is welcome and wanted. That is why we post in the forums. To get others opinions and thoughts as well as share our ideas overall. We also discuss our thoughts and ideas. And, of course, assist with information and clarifications where we can to help each other as a DBD Community.
Negativity is not needed or wanted. Positive and Constructive Criticism is welcome and encouraged.
Thank you all who read this and agree. For those of you that do not, Killer shack is over there.
Happy Hunting,
AetherguardHowdy my friend,
If you want me to reply please quote me so I receive a notification, I got back to this post because I was looking at my old comments.
With what I said I meant that this killer idea is bad and you don't give us any kind of numbers. This idea is basically a better at stealth but worst at everything else Wraith/Pig. How fast is it? 115% or 110%? How long does it take for it to become visible/invisible?
This killer is also extremely unoriginal, a mix between Wraith, Pig and Freddy.Have fun out there
I ran across this myself fairly late, but had to reply to the sake of honesty and fairness.
When I first posted this, I was totally No0b at the game compared to now. I has been a year now since I first played the game and things have changed a lot. Not only did new killers come out in that time, with similar abilities, but more importantly my understanding of the game mechanics has increased.
Bottom line. Thank you for your reply @LCGaster and I understand now what you meant. I apologize that my reply to you sounds so harsh and defensive (that is how I read it now with a fresh mind).
I think I allowed the negative responses I was getting that day flavor my responses by the time I posted that reply. But, no excuses. I still am responsible for what I said.
I do mean what I said, just want anyone who reads this (and you) to know that I mean it from a place of understanding, growth, and self-improvement.
@LCGaster I apologize for flaming at you if it was taken that way.
See you all in the fog,
Æ

Did your OP ever get answered?
My head hurts trying to follow the tidbits of information that were being trickled throughout the Cock-fight that ensues and decided to just ask. If I read another measuring content related comment trying to find the answer, I am going to vomit.
Sorry for the visual, but I am frustrated about now.
Did you ever get a real answer to your question? Or, is it still up in the air? I really want to know as well how it actually works.
EDIT:
I continued to look for more information on this subject and found the following info after making this post.
Add-onsFor Killers, Add-ons are single-use only and lost after a Trial.
- This can only be prevented by burning the Black Ward
- Offering.
For Survivors, whether or not they lose their Add-ons after a Trial depends on the situation.
- Add-ons are lost upon using up all charges of an Item.
- Add-ons are lost upon disconnecting from the Trial.
- Add-ons are lost upon dying in a Trial, unless the White Ward
- Offering was burnt.
- Add-ons are kept if one escapes with the Item that they are equipped on.
StackingAdd-ons which affect the same part of a Power will generally stack with one another (both positive and negative effects).
- Older Add-ons used to mention if they would stack. Newer Add-ons of more recent Killers do not mention this anymore unless they specifically do not stack.
This both answers our initial question as well as my other question about stacking. According to BHVR themselves, Killer add-ons are single-use only and Survivors keep only if they escape the trial with that add-on in their possession. Also, the missing stack comment on newer add-ons is normal and both Killer and Survivor should take note that is says "Does not stack" or not. Add-ons stack if they do not have this statement.

I agree 100%
If you are going to change the rules to get the trophy and then follow that action with making the new rules harder to do, either up the trophy quality or lower the rules back down. It is hard enough waiting 30-60 mins to get a lobby as a killer in the first place.
I owned the game on PS4 first and would not have bothered if I had known how many people would not play on the PS4 after the first month. I do not want to give more money for the same game on PC, too. Honestly, if developers are going to make games for multiple platforms, at least offer a single license to be used on each one. I would pay 10-20 $ more for a game I know I can play on PS4 and PC with the same license.
anyhow, I am getting off topic.
The Adept system as a whole is borked after all the changes. And, the PS4 version of the game (which is all I know) is not quite a ghost town, but getting there. It is very sad and I love this game.

I 100% agree with OP. It is a grievance error that the devs have made allowing this imbalance of information to be available in a strategy survival game.
Also, it is Dec 9, 2018, already and they still have not fixed this issue.
