Are you sure he's not just using a map?
(In all seriousness yeah, hacking sucks - just faced an obviously wallhacking/speedhacking Freddy, but there's not much you can do).
When I meet a hacker, I can be sure he's using a hack. If you reveal a hacker user's aura, you can see in real time how he turns his eyes from place to place for additional information through walls.
But even if I'm sure they're hacking, it is difficult to report because it is circumstantial evidence.

You guys will be surprised to find out how many ESP hacks are quietly being abused now. Unlike SpeedHack, ESP is rarely sanctioned because it is impossible to report with video evidence.

There are more hackers now than in any time I played this game. The devs are not putting in enough effort.

There are tons of ways to do racism. Just because content is abused, deleting it one by one does not help prevent racism.

It's a borinf cosmetic in a live service game where any and everything can change at any given moment. You'll live.
Then why don't we just delete all the colored characters from the game? Because they are always likely to be abused as an element of racism.
Such a lazy way to fix the problem. If the BHVR done their jobs well about rule reinforcements, this would have never been a problem in the first place.

take away a tool of the harassment to help stop it happening and then beef moderation to ban the rest
you can be greatful for a change and recognise there's more to be done
So no one should care for those who loved Bubba's masks, right? They didn't do anything, but they took away what they loved. Just for some petty in-game coins.

You should have taken other measures, such as strengthening reporting functions. Delete mask cosmetics is just a lazy way. What would you do then if racist people abused Claudette or Adam characters to engage in racist acts? Are you going to delete them just like you deleted Bubba's masks?

So I guess you got unlucky? OR not everyone you suspected hacking was actually hacking.
That can't be an excuse of why they ignore my several tickets with very solid proof for over a month.
The hacker is still active, harassing tons of other players.
