My real life friends sold me on buying this game by telling me I'd be the fifth person for private lobbies. I've played 820 hours and have played custom games on two occasions even though our group of five is online playing almost every evening. The only reason we don't play together is because a husband and wife duo feel like they don't have time to waste in customs since they aren't making progress toward their rifts, archives, and earning bloodpoints.
I want a new premade lobby type that allows normal progression on everything except grades and achievements. Let players swap roles between trials just like they can in customs. Leave everything else the same as normal matchmaking.
Implement this new lobby type, then add a post-game option for normal matchmade lobbies to become one of these new lobbies. A huge amount of the frustration people have with this game results from mismatched player expectations. When MMR gets things right and all five players in the lobby have fun together, I want the option to stay together. At times with long queues, this may even encourage players to adopt playstyles that are better for the overall health of the game in order to reduce their own wait times.

I'd make Rickety Pinwheel base kit to entice people to remove tapes a little more frequently.

I prestige all the time and I’ve never had a case where I had a killer with literally no perks I would use. (Yeah there are some terrible perks like Beast of Prey and Monstrous Shrine, but at least 2/3 of the perks are good enough to use.)
I've been chasing Shadowborn and Lethal for curve Billy. I also wouldn't mind Call of Brine, Pop, or Deadlock for the times I'm not running double engravings. I have plenty of solid perks that were already unlocked on him. I thought I'd get at least yellow tier of one of those five perks given I'd already dumped about 10 million into him, but it was a Monstrous Shrine, Predator, Bloodhound kind of night...

Because I am still getting perks for my killers, who I doubt will ever get prestiged because then I lose all the perks on them and have to spend another 1 million points at least to get decent perks.
I'm somewhere around 715 hours played with at least 80% of that on killer. I did P3 for one survivor for the achievement, but there is no way I'll waste time doing that on a killer. DbD stats has me at nearly 12 million spent on one killer and I still don't have the perks I want unlocked...
