Online games (and games in general) make ppl do dumb things out of rage (i've gotten a few messages like that)
@Shadow_Master953 Did he apologize (Just wondering)?
Some ppl will go off in rage then settle down and apologize (I have)
he did not. Either way, if the go to thing to say is "end your life" there is a lot more needed than a simple "Im sorry"

Yeah, judging by these replies, I was correct. I'd expect this topic to get deleted, possibly. Sorry about that.
In regards to the topic, I wanted to try and say something more unusual and add that I feel like I could sympathize with them. They probably had a very frustrating game where they felt very powerless, judging by their lower score. I'm also willing to guess it was a 4 to 5 minute genrush game as well with very few hooks from the Killer, judging by the lower score of every player and how there was a 4 man escape.
This is definitely report-worthy but my heart goes out to this poor man. This game is really rage-inducing...
Oh dont get me wrong, I do sympathize with that element but the idea of telling someone to kill themselves over a game? Idk it seems rotten to me

Forum Rules - Dead By Daylight
- If your post may reflect negatively on another person or people, please censor their name(s)
Thanks for bringing that up. I honestly do appreciate it. It should have been something obvious to me but I guess I was too sucked up in the whole issue itself. Its not an excuse of course. I changed the post though. Hopefully its enough to be okay?

My wanna edit out those names.
Yeah I just removed the images. Idk how to edit them atm. thanks for the warning. I swear this isnt out of negative intent

@OopsAllHexes said:
Yeah, I would recommend you censor these images, preferably by blurring the names, this could contribute to name and shame. I actually think there's clear rules against these kinds of uncensored images.
Ill admit I probably should have known considering... but i legit didnt know. Thanks for the heads up. Ill edit asap... woops

Normally I'd advise you not to pet buzzards, but hey, if it works out...
Really, though, I love Wraith. He's one of my favorite killers to meme with because of his bing bonger; he's naturally built for it because he comes with a really obvious cue when he's trying to be funny and non-aggressive. People are wary of him now after the buff, but I still have plenty of fun playing normally and then busting out the meems once everyone's on death hook or the game's towards its end. Some of my favorite Wraith things to do are:
-Follow a survivor around cloaked, uncloaking just far enough for the bell to ring once, and keep doing this. Just be their partially invisible personal soundtrack. This is way funnier if you've been playing the match normally until that point, so they're expecting you to be hostile. Continue for as long as it takes them to figure out that you're not attacking them, or until the heat death of the universe.
-Similarly, follow a survivor around and just keep getting in the way of wherever they're trying to run, invisibly.
-Stand still in front of a hex (that you know survivors have noticed, or you'll be waiting years) or exit gate switch cloaked, and wait for a survivor to bonk into you. Usually they're confused for a couple of seconds, trying to move around to get the prompt, and then they hear the growl and either freak out or start pointing.
-Trap a survivor in a corner, politely bing the bong to inform them of their predicament, and re-cloak and leave.
-If the stars align and send you to Gas Heaven, man the retail shop. Just because Philip's in the realm now doesn't mean he's unemployed. Hit survivors that try to go behind the counter; employees only.
I've done a couple of these lol one of my favorite moments as Wraith was when this survivor ran towards the dead end slide thing of the hay machine on the farm map. I uncloaked, stared at them, re-cloaked and walked away. Between those moments and the ones where even though you arent out to get them, it's hard to resist getting a couple surprise swings in

Oh yeah you definitely can get BP this way, but that way dont necessarily increase for 4K chances. Still possible though..
but -as was pointed out- this behavior of not letting the other side have points especially with BPS is not specific for killers. Survs may also go out of their way to make sure the killer gains as few points as possible..
That's true... unfortunately :(

The BP. It's mainly about that, and a few players (myself included) will thank the person who presented the Party Streamers and may be more flexible in playstyle, but that's a personal choice thing.
I am one who still has 6 pieces of cake from the 4th ann. I been holding onto for some lucky killers lol my goal is to use all my BP offerings on each survivor before I prestige

@Mooks said:
you can’t expect them to farm or play super fair just because you bring an offering.
hard tunneling/making the match as miserable as possible for one Surv on purpose is sadly the most rewarding gameplay for killer in terms of BP outcome and winning chances (if it’s not a sweat Squad of course)…
Yes and no. I gain more points messing around and farming as killer than I do sweating. Admittedly I'm pretty trash most of the time. I do see where sweat killers gain max points sometimes by try-harding. I just mean to say I can just as easily earn the same points a sweat can by goofing off in my own experience
-
I'm on again off again. It's way more fun when there are friends available to play with. Solo queue can be pretty dull after a while though. I can only play like 4 hours out of the week at most as a solo
-
Based on what I learned, it sometimes depends on your preferences. Personally for me, yes because of the bloodweb benefit.
-
It depends for me. I like Bond if it's paired with Open Handed. Otherwise I like Empathy or Kindred
-
I skipped to Ep. 29 and what i find funny is again, you're the one talking bad about the game that again.... you played pretty iffy. You were against 3 survivors in your skill level and you only got 1 kill. And here you are complaining up and down about how "the games dead" and this and that. How many hours do you have in the game guy?

And the most fun part of every match is predicting that the Survs will talk trash in post-game lobby. And then they do.
It's legitimately and provably in over 80% of my games that I get called a noob, a camper, a tunneler... And the point here is that these games are also recorded, and EVERYONE will be able to see very clearly that I hook a Surv, and the other 3 are literally within arm's reach. And they're mad I don't just LEAVE the hook for absolutely no reason at all, and LET them unhook for free and clear gens for free and etc etc etc.
They ALWAYS got somethin' to say.
Always.
And I love that I'm recording it.
This is my new enjoyment of the game.
It also makes the miserable defeats more bearable, as I am recording the showcases of why Survivors have it SO EASY in this game these days.
All in all, good times again thanks to recording.
100% of games fall under two categories:
1) I get clean swept, and the Survs teabag and say nothing post-game.
2) I kill at least 1 Survivor, and the post-game is an explosion of Survivor BM & namecalling.
Actually 100% of my games fall under one of these two categories. LMAO!
Im watching this as I type nd I want it to be clear I'm not trying to shame. I just want to point some stuff out. First thing I notice, you have 3 tracker perks.... why? Honestly BBQ and Whispers would do you much more good but I'm not going to drill too much on that.
You abandoned the Feng after destroying the pallet and she stayed at the tile all because Spies activated and you didnt even look for the survivor. You walked away leaving that survivor to start the gen you just kicked.
After that you lost some time looking for another survivor and what's fortunate is you found 2 on a gen. Kicking them off means a bit of gen pressure since they were passed 75% done. You saw one of them was going to vault and you still attempted to chase on the wrong side of the wall. You also should watch the direction of scratch marks especially since you just saw them. You abandon the chase again before it truly started.
Next you found a Meg hiding in a bad spot and downed her. That was pretty good and only used one charge of your chainsaw. Dont need to say how good it is to get that first hook. Since it took you 3 minutes to get it though, you lost a good amount of gens.
At this point I just skipped to the end because i was surprised 2 gens went on for almost 9 minutes. This is were I'm confused. They were console which means they can't see or contribute to endgame chat. If anything you were the one trash talking saying to "fix your game" when in the first 3 minutes I just listed a lot of things you did that could have changed the outcome. Granted you went against a Rank 1 and 7 but the rest were in your skill level and you killed nobody and had 3 hooks the whole time.
Maybe spend less time complaining and more time actually learning the game

@ShinobuSK said:
Yes. But I like you used word Rude instead of Toxic.
Only toxicity in this game is in endgame chat.
Tbagging, gesturing, taunting, facecamping and hitting people on the hook is just rude.
But luckily this game is for mature people so noone would be triggered by it, right? :)
yyyeaaaahhhhh about that

@TheMadCat said:
I don't mind, actually. If you do it once, I think it's for the scream. If you do it more than once, you're wasting your time, which is my goal.
(But the Killer hitting me more than once is rare. They know each second is precious.)
exactly lol whenever this happens to me, I just laugh and take pride in my work as a survivor

My second story was still during the time I had that laptop, and I was still super new to the game. Like Rank 15 killer new. I was Huntress who I barely played much of at the time. I went against this team who were pretty chill (now that I know what the game looks like now. This was almost 2 years ago) but I still lost pretty bad. No kills but a few hooks. In the end game chat, I apologized if I seemed to camp since before this game, I had a couple others who would call me a campy killer. Again I was still new and didnt know the true definition yet. I found out they were a 4 man SWF and they told me not to listen to those kinds of players. They also told me I had good pressure ( I had a couple of them injured most of the match). Matches like those are always feel good moments.
I should also say these two moments are why I dont take the game seriously most of the time. When I'm killer, I just mess around and because of that, I never been above Rank 12. The only time I've actually tried in recent games was when this bully squad came in with unbreakable, DS, BT, and exhaustion perks like head-on and dead hard while also having flashlights and BT in a bottle. I was Doc and I slugged most of the game. Only one escaped but thats because she found hatch. 3 gens left at the end. The had the nerve to say I was playing scummy lol I just laughed. Point is, I like to mess around. If you go against someone named THE BUTT STABBER, you can bet that's me out for a good time
-
I've had a few but I have two favorites. The top fav I have happened when I was playing on this laptop that was absolutely bad for playing DBD. So bad in fact, even with a physical connection to the internet, I lagged (the hardware would cap out and ruin my frames basically). I was Dwight and I was against a Ghostface. Mid-chase, I lag out and suddenly I'm in this corner where two cars are crunched together. He just looks at me for a moment then goes the other way. I didn't survive that game. During end game chat, I thanked him for giving me a second chance and explained the lag issue and he responded with something along the lines of "I figured". Dude was cool for sure. That's the kind of killer I like to be when I play that half of the game.

A few days ago when I was watching a streamer play against Doctor and was breaking Hex: Ruin, they were talking about something with Hex: Haunted Grounds and I had this idea:
Hex: Roulette
When broken, 1-4 survivors (Based on RNG but minimum 1 survivor with the weakest version of the perk) can either be affected by Exposed, Oblivious, or Broken status effect (each survivor might experience a different effect than the others). The killer will have a notification that tells them which survivors are in what state. The Killer has a chance of getting a speed boost (again RNG for how big of a boost for how long. The higher tier the perk the better your odds). Other effects the killer can see is aura's revealed, undetectable or a combo of two.
The reason why it's called roulette is because nobody knows what will happen. Its a gamble for survivor since they are the ones who chose to break the totem and its a gamble for killer since they chose to run it. Does it suck? Maybe but its not suppose to be sweaty. Its suppose to be fun.

I use to do the same thing honestly. Their screams started getting a little annoying. After a while, I guess I got conditioned to not notice so much. The only time I see it as rude is when the killer sits there and does it 1000 times but I always laugh when they do. That tells me I got them tilted lol
