Your PC running bad is due to them having terrible coding and optimization. If they do the graphics update properly and fix their code then it will more than likely run better than it did before. I find it kind of ridiculous I get frame drops in this game at times yet can run around doing whatever in RDR2 and have nothing happen.

I was thinking about this too. I'd actually keep menu music on if it meant you could get more variety. The only downside is that is money that could be spent on other things. Just for audio there could easily be more gameplay sounds, ambiance, etc. Those types of sounds make the game feel more alive. The theme music for each survivor/killer don't really do that but it is nice while waiting and can hopefully tune out the loud bloodweb noises.

The survivor ones are too much too but killers are definitely worse. Some of them take 4 or 5 games at a minimum to do because you have to do it on DIFFERENT survivors. At least the one like 'break X pallets' can in theory be done very fast if you're focused specifically on breaking pallets. That isn't the case for the others. To make things worse you can only do one challenge at a time too and that isn't consumer friendly. Rockstar games, DICE and other companies let people do multiple challenges or any challenges they want.

Something your friend can try is port forwarding on his router so that his connection is more open. Either his connection is too slow and being shared with other people or his connection is too strict.
The second bit of the post is literally a reason why DC is even there. Not because of the bad matchmaking but because a killer/survivor gets outplayed and DCs. Your friend's issues are an actual concern. Yours are awful and you're messing up people's challenges right now with rift.

We have similar now Hallowed Blight cosmetics are probably the closest.
Legacy was given out due to the size of the bloodwebs at the time, it took so much longer to prestige a character in those days, even the BP cap was 500k for a while from memory and there were no 100% BP offerings and lower BP gain in general.
Prestiging your character in those days took a lot more time & grind than it does now, which is why we made Legacy a one time thing.
An event item isn't even close.... They look similar yes but they are not the same at all. What people want are more goals to work toward when they play. A reason to keep playing a character past prestige 3 gives them an incentive whether that is a cosmetic or something else. Not a "rarity" bump that is insignificant.

Man, this dude can't take no for an answer.
Maybe because the answer is lacking and missing the point.

They have squirrels in their pants and they're trying to shake them out.

I'm kind of surprised people are actually defending a memory for a character requiring you to spend 100 hours or so to accumulate the shards to unlock a different character. Or however long it takes to get 9000 shards. The pathetic thing is this is literally fixed by just CHANGING THE ORDER of rift challenges. Then literally nothing changes except making some people happy. That actually makes sense. You then have basically a Dwight questline and a Kate one separately.
That's my opinion anyways and I got all the characters so its not like I benefit.

That would be a Minotaur.
-
And just when you thought the outfits were already overpriced lmao.
Honestly I hope that instead of auric cells they instead have GAMEPLAY requirements so there are GOALS to achieve said items. That is the stuff people actually want. Goals outside of do X for some BP.

Look at me everyone, I'm not good at a game so I have to inform you all I'm going to facecamp! All the normies will feel the pain now!

Well then they should have ran to a loop. Now that you mention it, think about how overpowered that is: prolonging a chase and not getting hit while also using zero pallets. It's the biggest gift of all for the survivors to win.
Yeah hold up while they get to the loop in the middle of a deadzone. If you're getting fooledby a 360 more than once and you're not using a controller you're just a bad killer lol.

Well there are times when you shouldn't say GG. If you literally exploited a bug... Yeah that's not a good game. Hook suicide, dc, afk? Not a good game. It's insulting when it's pretty clear something is being taken advantage of. I have yet to find someone that doesn't take advantage of a bug if it occurs on either side even when they are ones that can clearly be seen.

You're complaining about getting free stuff because they aren't giving you ENOUGH free stuff, often enough.
Take a step back and look at it from that perspective.
It's not 'free' stuff though. You have to invest a lot of time to progress 70 tiers even if you did all the pages. The whole game is designed around grind instead of on your performance. There shouldn't be any empty tiers at all. Maybe auric cells shouldn't be there but something surely should be. I paid for all the passes and I'm disappointed that it's filled with a whole lot of nothing on one track and the other is charms that look really ugly even when they're not clipping through outfits. This pass especially was disappointing.

In one person's social circle? I could name off a well known musician, major footballers or powerful historical figures and easily get many that don't know them in mine if any at all. if I'm just approaching people I know in real life anyways. Why? Because not everyone has an interest, pays attention outside of their bubble, seeks out knowledge or is just too young.
It isn't surprising it is known when it is combined with a muscular guy carrying a machete that's known for killing teenagers. That iconography is known. Not just a hockey mask. There's a whole costume that used to be all over the place. That's like saying Freddy is only known for wearing a striped sweater or being a burn victim. Maybe not by people you know but clearly the fan base is big enough that he has a big following. One big enough that people do have a major interest in him to go buy a DLC for it. That's probably not going to happen.
And if we're using our SO's as the end all be all my boyfriend knows all three while hating horror movies. I have to talk him into seeing any. He knew them before me when he's from Nepal originally, lived much of his life in HK and London. Why? Because if you're born in your 70s, 80s or early to mid 90s then chances are it had some impact on pop culture. Again he's kind of overrated but by no means not iconic.
And yeah I didn't mean to post twice.
-
I didn't know one person's social circle represented the whole world. I see the opposite. Many people inside and outside the US know him or at the least the look. The only truth in the post really is that the movies aren't that good and nowhere near the best in the genre... There's far better horror movies. Many however do not make for engaging gameplay and don't have the iconic appeal.

Imo the matchmaking should be based on player level aka devotion.
Player level isn't a good measure of skill at all. There are so many players killers and survivors alike that despite their high hours are terrible at the game.
