No, because the grind back then is far more awful than it is now.
In terms of BP spent, we're nearing a point where to take a character from Level 0 to P3 + Max perks is the same. So yes, technically right now it doesn't take as much BP on average, but it's damn close and by the end of this year would have become worse than the legacy grind if BHVR didn't plan to do anything.

Snapping out of it only takes 12 seconds, not 20. Try to avoid hyperbolic exaggeration, as fun as it might be.

Well when McLean himself even says that SWF isn't balanced and is OP I'll tend to take that over some random forum poster trying to poorly prove a point.

I want to know how many players are hitting your punishment threshold for disconnecting/leaving games, or maybe just more in-depth d/c details? I know you can't release what that actual threshold is but does BHVR feel it is currently too lenient given the current game environment of constant 3v1s due to what feels like one person giving up a majority of games?
I know with dedicated servers you'll soon have more tools to deal with this, but there's so much misinformation out there right now, it would be a breath of fresh air to get some factual info.

Something to keep in mind, after poring over the data from previous bloodweb collection experiments, generally bloodwebs from about 45+ look something like this
- Variable amount of Commons
- Variable amount of Uncommons
- 6 rares
- 3 Very rares
- 0 or 1 Ultra Rare
Now this is just for bloodwebs outside of special events. But yea, with Greens and Purples seemingly at a fixed number per web past a certain point, prestige has very little wiggle room to work in a bonus.

If Marth can spend hundreds of games, compiling tons of data and keeping meticulous track of everything, and have it dismissed as worthless because "LUL, killer man abuses SWF, news at 11, it means nothing!" then why does your single video get to be a gospel of "Rank means nothing, and to question it makes you a noob"
Do everyone a favor, stay in the red ranks where you belong. Stop trying to go seal clubbing just because some green ranks are good and some red ranks are bad. It's super scummy behavior that is very reminiscent of people who go to Bronze ranks in other games just to smash people and get a laugh.

Step 1: Start spreading the notion that Rank doesn't matter at all in this game, use your influence and fellow streamer friends to push this idea
Step 2: Mock people who do care about achieving and maintaining Rank 1. They're "tryhards". They're "sweaty". Their whatever "icky" adjective you want to apply to them. Because it's 2018, caring about things is so last year.
Step 3: Derank for easier games since you've now set up the false notion that Rank 15-1 is all the same. So who does it hurt if you're stomping on lesser skilled / newer players? It's their fault they got paired up with someone with 2k+ hours r ight?
People gave Marth ######### with reasons like "Of course his depip squad won, he's got a SWF with a combined total of 10k+ hours". But of course it's okay when other streamers need to meme in the low ranks because DbD is their job so they need to give laughs to their chat.
DbD wasn't made to give streamers a stable income. That's the goal it provides for BHVR. So it's a ridiculous argument to say "I have to bend the rules and abuse the matchmaking system, I'm not getting as much money otherwise!"
Stream another game if you can't be bothered to sit in a lobby and wait for a game like the rest of us. No special privileges should be given out because someone can't farm as many bits/donations while they spew insults at strangers every 10-15 minutes as they would like
No streamer would make or break Dead by Daylight if they just left. There's enough fresh blood that even if all the major streamers just decided to quit, swarms of people would rush in to fill the gap and in a few months no one would even care about the old guard.

I'm not saying that these aren't public comments or that you're not technically right. But there is a reason most social media has rules about witch hunting / hiding username information.

Can we get a detailed version about what Prestiging does for the bloodweb .In game, it states the vague "Slightly Increases the odds of getting better items on the bloodweb"
Unfortunately this has caused the community to just fabricate misinformation to try and fill in the blanks. Everyone has their own interpretation of this. I've seen anything from 1/2/3% to 10/20/30% better chance for rarer items, and various rules about how much Very/Ultra rares are affected, if at all.
With the cosmetic shop live and flourising, Prestiging is now pretty much more of a Bloodpoint sink than a way to make your character look different. I'm sure at one point the exact mechanics were kept vague for a reason, but given the situation we're at now, I feel as though players should have all the facts about prestige available so they can make an informed choice.
TL,DR: Can we get exact numbers and figures for what each level of prestige does for a character's bloodweb?

Hybrid Panda and Ohmwrecker I can least understand from a perspective of choosing people who are sincerely positive and pleasant to watch/listen to. Plus Ohmwrecker has such a huge established fan base I can't blame BHVR for using it as a marketing move.
But Jendenise/ Morf? They are the most toxic "non-toxic" streamers DbD has to offer. They can't go 10 minutes at a time without shitting all over other players in the game and acting like it's a personal offense that people they don't deem worthy would dare join the same game as them.
It's like they don't understand it's possible to not constantly pass snide, low brow comments about complete strangers and constantly ######### about them not following whatever made up "rules" they have for the game.
I can see why Tru3 wouldn't get picked, but there are definitely some people on that list who just embody the worst parts of this game's community.
