• My guess is this skin only changes the skin color on character, but Billy's pants cover his legs completely, so we don't see it.

• I tried testing this with a friend and we weren't able to replicate exactly this.

  The trap is stuck on the survivor while he's crawling around, and no matter how many times we tried: if you pick up the survivor - the trap will always teleport back to the original place in front of the locker. But if you let the survivor get up from the ground via Unbreakable or something - the trap is "stolen".

  This also allows you to stack traps on top of each other by letting the survivor "steal" the trap, placing another trap in the place where previous trap was, and then downing the survivor and picking him up.
