I don't even know how you got to that conclusion from my saying they don't just delete posts.
You said they "Delete posts that state BHVR isn't listening to the community" which, is a form of criticism. A serious one, that happens to be true when it comes to issues of game health/balance.

If it was deleted, instead of closed like you originally stated, then something in the comments must've happened to cause the mods to delete instead of just close. There's alot of posts on the forums that are about chat with complaints/ideas for changes that the argument of "it's because BHVR doesn't want to listen" doesn't work - all those posts would be deleted including the one I linked if that was the case.
So... you just admitted that BHVR doesn't listen to criticism and would just rather delete threads then address concerns that the playerbase has. Got it.

deleted? no, they don't, If its deleted its because of how its was posted.
Downplayed like how skill based MMR, whether you like it or not, is killing this game. Ignored, like how the OoO/Blood pact bug has now been in the game for over 48 hours and nothing is being done. Deleted, like threads about this bug and discussions on it in the discord.
There's a couple of examples, for ya.

Skill based MMR is probably the biggest for me. But aside from that, actually listening to the community would be a great place to start.

3 games played today, 3 cases of people abusing this perk combo. I made an account on here just to post to this thread, I'm flabbergasted that this hasn't been addressed yet, considering it's game breaking.
