• Was it only fast vaults? As me and my friends have found out on custom game have found that fast vaulting across the map doesn't trigger loud noise notifications. We never checked lockers, sc, or pebble.

• Did you happen to check your ping?

  I've seen on this forum and in a stream, where the person who has the bug has 100-120 ping.

  I just want to confirm it is a ping thing.
