"fair to have to use an Add On". Yeah, poor Spirit, using one of her best Add Ons.
And no, the Perk will not be Meta. On almost all Survivors you have 1 Exhaustion-Perk. And those are the strongest Perks Survivors can have. Iron Will will be interesting for those who dont use Exhaustion-Perks, and this is really a minority.
I pity the survivor who will only face Spirit with Cherry Blossom. As for being meta or not, it's just your perspective, which I think is totally wrong.

Or because they finally tackle those Perks which got unneccessary Nerfs. Iron Will was not nerfed because it was too strong, it was nerfed to be removed from the Meta. Especially Perks which got Double-Nerfs were just changed to "shake up the meta". Now they are partially reverting the Iron Will-Nerf.
But since it is only a partial Nerf and Exhaustion-Perks are way more popular, you wont run into games where everyone is running Iron Will.
And when it comes to Spirit, as I said, she now has a Tool to counter Iron Will without using a Perk Slot (and IMO equipping an Add On is far better than giving up a Perk Slot for a mediocre at best Perk). And since the only Killer which actually used Strider has a different Tool now, we can change Stridor to something which can be considered on more Killers.
And why do you think meta perks are meta?
It will become meta again because it's extremely strong with or without the exhaustion function.
As for the Spirit, Cherry Blossom completely changes the gameplay, do you think it's fair to have to use an addon that makes Spirit another killer just to counter a broken survivor perk? I don't think so.

Thats not my point. My point is that this is a Tool old Spirit did not have. But apparently I missed the Patchnotes that Iron Will now makes Survivors invincible.
Damn, how Killers ever were able to win games with old unnerfed Iron Will around. They must be gods.
Exactly! Iron Will was nerfed because it was difficult for killers.
Iron Will was a crutch for survivors and carried a lot of matches. Why do you think they are "un-nerfing" the perk if it was nerfed for a reason? Because there are still people who don't know how to play without it.

Spirit has Cherry Blossom which basically plays the game for her.
The same applies to the new Iron Will, which requires a total of 0% skill from the survivor (:

Anything below 100% is trash and not worth using. Unless you go against low MMR Killers who use their speakers for Audio.
@Topic:
I have written it years ago, I would rather see Stridor getting a new effect. Aside from Spirit, no Killer will run Stridor (even back then Killers did not run Stridor (aside from Spirit), even when Iron Will was at its strongest). And a Perk which is only used on exactly one Killer is not really good to begin with. I would rather see it having an effect which is worth taking on more than one Killer.
The new Spirit needs Stridor against a 100% Iron Will. If it were the old Spirit, I'd agree, because it would be a balanced mindgame for both her and the survivor. Now that the survivor knows exactly where she is and Spirit won't hear him, Stridor is necessary.
-
Just make it additive instead of multiplicative, like it was in the past.
-
Solo queue is unplayable, unfortunately.
-
If that's the case, then we'll have to punish those who play at 120 fps, those who play on low settings, those who use Reshade, those with a good computer, those with better headphones, or those with a better internet connection. If it doesn't alter the game files, it's not cheating.
-
It's unfun for everyone, both survivors and killers, honestly.
-
If you really want to win all matches, it is better to play Nurse or Blight, yes.
-
My only concern is about the quality of Rift outfits, it's always the worst ones.
And basically only 3, 4 characters are getting constantly new outifts. It's baffling.
-
You can't even consider the Rift skins; they're terrible, poorly made, with no attention to detail. The recolors look like they were done in Paint.
-
That was the last original store outfit that Clown got. It's been more than 2 years.
And there are several characters neglected in the same way. It's baffling.
-
Some dev must have a backpack compulsion 😅

I honestly thought this was a feature, as it's just understanding how to camera pull works. It's just one of Hag's many counters, like setting her traps off when she's carrying someone.
That being said, if it did turn out to be unintended, I won't be sad to see it gone.
I deeply hope it's not intentional.

I think it's about time to make the Killer work on generators alongside the survivors, right? Goodness, survivors want everything handed to them; they don't want to think about looping, don't create strategies, and can't even do a proper hook rescue. Now they can't even be chased anymore, and the gold-leafed ones think they're invincible. That's all we needed.
-
Basically, just the fact that the killer has to waste time breaking the window. And they need to break it in multiple situations. It's a lose-lose situation.
-
Because most likely Behaviour couldn't actually create it. Trust me, they wouldn't miss an opportunity to make money.
-
According to Behaviour, they did it to avoid confusing newcomers. My explanation? It's likely because they couldn't program it differently for newcomers and those who have already unlocked other prestiges.
-
Totems are just an outdated mechanic, much like a significant portion of the game's content. It's a shame that the developers prefer to prioritize releasing new characters instead of improving and evolving the overall gameplay.
-
Don't pay attention to those people who say you need to improve; the problem isn't with you. The Spirit has become significantly weaker since the directional phase sound was implemented. Survivors who have experience playing against her will give you a tough time, indeed. Your only advantage is when they are injured. If they are healthy, they have the upper hand in the chase. Now, with the nerf to her strongest addons, she clearly isn't one of the strongest killers anymore, and I dare say she will be on par with the Huntress.
-
And why would they create an amulet of country flags? There are hundreds of countries, it's technically and economically unfeasible.
-
A new EULA? I think it's Behaviour renewing the devilish pact.
-
It shouldn't be an exhaustion perk and shouldn't have a cooldown, that kills it.
-
Our computer and internet are of poor quality, according to Behaviour. I have already created a topic in the bugs section, and the response I received (which was quite standardized, by the way) is that it's essentially my problem.
-
Thank you for your response. However, I would like to clarify that the lag issue I am facing is not exclusive to my own network. The vast majority of players on the South American server are also experiencing this situation, including several well-known streamers. If the developers take some time to research the situation further, they will become aware that it is a problem that needs to be addressed by the company itself.
-
No, you're not the only one. Here in South America, pretty much everyone is experiencing this, and everyone is complaining. It's just baffling that the developer has ignored this situation, especially during this anniversary event.
