There's literally a hook upstairs. You just didn't see it because of boil over.
That's the definition of skill issue.
One hook for 4 survivors, plus sabo and body blocking is a thing. The trial that brought this post up was a full team doing this, plus a boon exponential near main building. Its not a skill issue, it's a map issue. Just like old rpd library.
2 hook spawns are possible on eyrie, only one is guaranteed. Dead dawg and iron works dont have any hook spawns upstairs. If the base kit unbreakable happens this becomes even more abusable.

There is a second solution. Not changing the entire map, or conditions of a perk because of 1 killers frustration over a situation that rarely happens. Suck it up and move on
Not even mad. The few times this happens I end up winning because they are not doing gens. it's just boring to go against. This situation is similar to the reason rpd was changed in the library as well. It seems like an exploit that is easily fixed with more hooks upstairs or removing that part of boil over for future map design.

To be fair, nurse's power was tweaked with the cooldown plus her addons

Dev's please dont leave scrapped tape as a ring. It makes range add ons useless with it, and is overall harder to hit with the dead zone in the center, the range add ons just make the ring of shock as large as a typical pallet gym, but the whole inside of the gym isn't shocked.
This is old range add ons and not the reworked ones as the scraped tape hasn't existed whith the new range add ons.

After leveling up my doctor to p3 I didn't notice a major difference I still had over 20 iridescent kings and about 10 to 15 of each purple add on. The difference is slight if at all

Whatever system is in place I feel it good to know the rank, or number of who you faced as this can give you some more insight as to why you may have performed the way that you did. Hiding it makes me feel as if they are hiding a broken matchmaking system.

34 sexond gen time with 3 survs no perks no toolbox. 44 with 2 survs. It can take less then 30 seconds with toolboxes and perks. That's ridiculous.
I believe this to be the real problem, and why ruin is run so often, to combat how easy it is for survivors to get gens done in 5 or 6 minutes. Give survivors another objective to do that isn't just holding a button for a maximum of 90 seconds with no skill checks popping up to regress or progres the gen.
Or make gens spawn closer together to make the large maps effectively smaller.

How are the changes to doctor a nerf? being able to shock and hit without having to change stances seems pretty good to me. Maybe static blast could make use of an small tweak.
He still has a "short pause between shocking and being able to hit a Survivor" probably/ hopefully as short as the switch stance is for Doctor now, as this is some of the only skill to this character. Using his shock to deny interactions is the only thing that makes him have any sort of skill cap. And most of the time it doesn't stop the vault or interaction "due to latency". He is no where near strong with anything they have said, but I guess wait for the ptb.
I get wanting to change the meta or shaking it up, but it needs to be looked at as to why ruin is run in over 80% of red rank matches. Besides the stated facts, gens go too quickly, or surviveors dont have enough objectives to make the game last longer. Extending the game to build pressure is the main reason ruin is run in the first place for high rank killers.
I would feel better about these changes if this game had a solo que only mode for killer or something. But this makes any decently competent SWF group nearly God tier. Especially on the right map against a low mobility killer.
Long and short people are passionate about this game and dont want to see it die. But the announcement was all from survivors point of view and makes killers seem like an illegitimate role to play.
