  • I was actually disappointed we didn't get the obligatory Myer's buttcrack shot via the reverse closing hospital gown.

  • I like Surveillance and Ruin.

You touch a gen and I know about it. Period.

So you guys didnt read the post. Where they say the camping wasnt the issue, but that they edited the pic, posted it on DBD clubs on xbox, then berated the person for calling it out.

Yeah, SWF totally caused someone to lie and verbally assault.

    "verbally assault"

OH LAWD, SOMEONE CALL THE POLICE.

  • Audrey as a killer would be amazing. Have her hop around in her pot.

  • Isn't that the point of the Kill Your Friends feature?

I thought everything was unlocked in that mode?

Get a group together and have the fun you're demanding without paying for it.

Killers have bloodlust and other abilities to counteract infinite looping. If they overcommit that's on them, not on me.

Unless they're Freddy, then they obviously need a nerf. That's on Fred, not on you. Right?

    Using your own logic here.

Seems to me, a strategy change is in order. Instead of trying to run the killer in circles and do the teabagging and mocking like you normally enjoy doing, you might actually have to play an objective. But only against Freddy.

    Better nerf him.

Wiggle isnt made for that tho. Its a "dont bring me to basement all the time" mechanic.

And i hate people that dont wiggle if me or/and my team can save you

I can see your point behind not always dragging someone to the basement, but at this stage in the game it isn't economical time-wise to go to the basement unless you just happen to down the survivor near it. Even if you're using Iron Grasp. There's going to be a hook 10 feet to your left or your right, the quicker you hook, the quicker you're back to finding the next survivor to slap in the mouth.

I've seen the game change a lot over the last couple of years. Iron Grasp used to be almost mandatory no matter where you wanted to hook your target.

It's a constant balancing act for the devs, though, and I'm not trying to play devil's advocate, but with every new content release, the game can change dramatically.

Speaking as a person who prefers to play killer, a couple less hooks, or a default wider spread, wouldn't be a bad thing in my opinion.

  • All I'm seeing here is that you want a killer nerfed because he's one of the few you can't infinite loop easily.

    Maybe up your game.

  • It would be in poor taste and definitely doesn't pay respect to the victims, or the families of the victims.

Giving these guys fame of any sort is ridiculous.

You have to remember, a good portion of the folks affected by these psychos are still alive.

  • Yep.

I float around 15 or so on my killer rank and was matched with a bunch of 5ish level folk who punked me easily, then mocked me incessantly in chat afterwards.

I don't need a 4K to have fun, I just enjoy playing the game, but not in those conditions.

On the contrary; DC penalties are doing what they're intended to do -- forcing people to stay and complete full matches instead of bailing in the middle. As for the slugging, perk changes, etc. that actually started becoming a lot more prevelent after the Ruin changes -- because 99% of killers couldn't imagine playing the game with old Ruin, and when it was changed they simply resorted to overwhelmingly camping, puppy guarding, and playing as sweaty as possible as "payback" to Survivors (for some) or to combat not being able to 'slow the game down' like they used to.

All I can say is, if slugging is becoming as prominent as you're making it out to be - are you running Unbreakable to combat it? No Mither? There aren't many options, but that's what Survivors have at least. I haven't noticed very much slugging (only a few matches here and there); but I have been witness to the masssive influx of camping and puppy guarding hooks to guarantee kills because most killers can't 'risk' letting a survivor get a second chance because they can't slow down the game enough anymore or won't re-adapt to the new Ruin changes.

This is partially true. Now you have people who try to hook jump immediately, and then refuse the struggle.

It takes a bit longer than a DC, but the suicide doesn't penalize anyone but your teammates, and off you are to another game.

  • Same. I know of someone who crashes on only one map and gets smacked with the penalties also. He has reported the bug though.

  • I play killer mostly (I'm not going to say killer main, because I do play survivor a lot), but I do agree with this sentiment.

It's VERY easy to find a hook 99% of the time. I feel like the wiggle mechanic is almost worthless minus giving you a few extra points.

Iron Grasp is a joke because it's unnecessary and just taking up a perk slot in the perk trunk.
