  • —Remove Bloodlust and the Red Stain, which would simultaneously make chases more dynamic and looping more risky.

—Change DS to a token-based system, whereby a survivor earns 1 token for being on a gen when it is completed (and can't have more than 1 token at a time). Whenever a survivor is picked up by the killer, the token is immediately expended (with activation dependant on the suggestion below).

—Keep perk tiers, but change the effect for each tier; i.e. PGTW activates for 75 seconds and regresses 15% with a 3 second visual notification of all gens that are currently being repaired at T1, activates for 25 seconds and regresses 35% at T2, or activates for 40 seconds and regresses 20% with a notification when that gen is no longer regressing at T3. Note that these numbers are just examples, with no consideration given to balance.

—When a perk is slotted, any unlocked tier of it may be selected.

—Mori is a baseline action for all killers, gives 0 BP to the killer and 2.5k BP to the dead survivor, and can be used after second hook. The mori offerings are changed to award killer BP on a sliding scale.

—Keys no longer open the hatch. Keys reduce the time it takes to open an exit gate, with rarity and add-ons dictating reduction rate/other effects; i.e. opening buzzer being muted.

That's just a few, although certainly not the extent.

  • Reyes' spirit is a murderer that he's made a compromise with (if memory serves). Blaze is possessed by an actual demon, one that happily burns the soul of anyone near. The greater their sins, the worse for the Penance Stare.

  • Devour also has the secondary benefit of distracting the killer from properly applying pressure to gens, as they are typically too invested in getting use from the hex before it is destroyed. Unlike, say, Third Seal, one does not run Devour as a supplementary perk.

This is a post from Feb of this year, from a Dev:Community Manager with statistics in how many matches are SWF. Vaslty less than solo survivors. SWF are not the majority by a large margin.

Um, this shows that almost half of all survivor groups are collectively 2-4 person SWF. Yes, solo is slightly higher, but that's a far cry from "vastly".

  • Here's a little game I like to call Tag Hag: Iron Maiden, Infectious Fright, Nurse's Calling, Bitter Murmur, Rusty Shackles and Willow Wreath.

As repetitious boredom easily sets in, it's important to create your own fun as a killer. Tag Hag is a simple game of tag with the survivors, with the only rule being that nobody can be hooked until everyone is lying on the ground (undoubtedly laughing and exhausted from the hilarity).

  • The trade-off is that survivors get to bring 8 add-ons collectively. Even if the individual doesn't bring their best ones, you've still a good chance that someone has.

  • So the only way to actually lose an item is to die with it? Or am I misunderstanding something?

  • Completing generators is not the objective: escaping is the objective, of which completing gens is a necessary step.

Additionally, NOED is not a reward for killers allowing gens to be completed: it is a punishment for survivors missing dull totems.

I know this seems pedantic, but it's important distinctions to make in the aging argument that NOED (in its current form) is in need of changing.

  • Not so much a dirty build, but rather a way to make your own fun.

Tag Hag: Whispers, Spies from the Shadows, Nurse's Calling, Iron Maiden - Willow Wreath and Rusty Shackles.

Sometimes a bog witch needs to let her dreads down and have a little fun! Engage in a spirited game of tag with the survivors, but don't hook anyone until EVERYONE is lying on the ground at the same time (undoubtedly laughing and exhausted from all the fun they're having).

  • Not that I have a dog in this race--you can call that cowardly, if you like--but I don't understand the admonishment that the change is "barely noticeable". If it's not noticeable, what change was ultimately made?

If they wanted to add a Blink charge, one would think the way to go would be removing fatigue completely and upping the individual charge time.

  • Let's thank the Entity that's not his in-game ability. 😂

  • Technically speaking, the Freddy we have only follows the canon of the (awful) remake, and thus doesn't have the equally laughable trifecta of dream demons inside him.
