  As the title says, perhaps an overall change to repair by requiring a toolbox could help with the problem (perceived or otherwise) of gens going too fast. My idea is as follows: 1. Repairing a gen without a toolbox imposes a large speed penalty (50%-100%) 2. Repairing with a toolbox (no add-ons) brings the usual 80 second timer. 3. Most toolbox add-ons are slightly reduced in efficiency. 4.
