I like that. It makes it so it’s not always completely worthless if you get chased first.

I tried for a while to make this perk work and took it off because it just wasn’t impactful. It went to waste far too often.

    Exactly!

It really feels bad when it happens.

With my suggestion you can actually still get some value but at the cost of a longer timer.

I think this perk has so much potential, but most of the times the risk seems to be bigger than the reward.

Great idea! May I suggest that the number of broken seconds goes down at a rate based on seconds you were able to heal though? Rather than strict values like half, whole heals, etc. Props for a great fix idea though!

    Thank you!

That was exactly what I was aiming for 😁

With each charge you manage to heal, the timer should go down by X seconds.

Just tried to give these values as an example.

At some point u are right but u can set up your main characters during this week. Unless you are going to main witch for years there's no point in leveling her above lvl 40.

Yeah, I do plan on fully prestiging her.

But if you just go for her teachables, the 1M cap should barely get you there.

well. you can't depip when you already hit rank 1 so...

that and...SBMM is totally fair and gives me fair matches...

(Hint: one outta like 100 matches)

It's not about losing/deranking really, for me it's more about saving up the bloodpoints from the reset so you can have them available on the day the DLC launches.

Waste of time. U can get 40-50K Bp each game if u bring certain perks and even more with offerings. So quiting is kinda stupid decision.

You can definitely acquire that amount of bloodpoints relatively quickly using the methods you mentioned.

On a different note, I do think that the BP gained from the reset should be increased, so it would feel more rewarding.

I just think that having those bloodpoints on demand right when the DLC drops really helps.

  • You can actually turn off crossplay through DBD options.

    Technically we have many already.

Bloodwarden, No Way Out (new Trickster Perk), Remember Me - All perks that help keep survivors stuck in the trail once gens have been finished.

NOED, Rancor - Gives killer the ability to instant down when all gens are finished.

Fire Up and Coup De Grace - Give killer boosted strength for survivors completing gens.

Hex: Undying - Saves a hex totem from being cleansed once

The main problem with Killer 2nd chance perks is that making a build that works when gens are finished is just not a good strategy compared to building a build that helps you win chases, slowdown generators, or gives you information on where survivors are.

Don't forget Spirit Fury, especially when coupled with Enduring 😁

  • I understand that with this idea, it's less centered around actual camaraderie, but the devs already did something similar with the perk Tinkerer.

They completely reworked that perk, and now the name of the perk has nothing to do with its effect.

If you do think Camaraderie should be reworked/changed, what would you suggest?

The pants are actually the Retro Sneakers outfit from the "Street Meg" code.

You can tell because the shoes match the Retro Sneakers pants and don't match with the Mauve Presentation Pants, also the Mauve Presentation Pants are a bit off-color. It's easy to mistake the two since they both look basically the same almost...

here's a picture to compare with the image above

Allright, thanks for the correction :)

  • Those are the "Starry Undercut" head, and the "Disco Ball Tank Top" torso from "End of Semester" outfit. (Both are available in the ingame store)

I'm not sure about this one, but i think that the pants are "Mauve Presentation Pants" from the The 80's Suitcase DLC. (Pretty sure that if you are playing on console, you already have that DLC by default, otherwise it can be acquired from the steam store for 2.99$).
