Can’t Get Trophies On Console Anymore For Future Content
I really hope that this is straighten out. Cause I also love going trophy hunting for any new chapter. For both survivor and Killer. By taking away those future trophies progress just ruins the fun and hype for everyone. And I feel everyone should be able to trophy hunt regardless of what platform you are on.

Exactly. Without there's no incentive to ever play any new character unless they really interest me. (Not complaining just stating that, none of the choices the community made for this chapter were anything I voted for.) I highly doubt I'll ever bother playing as these, and probably any in the future. Definitely won't ever waste money on any new chapters.

I doubt anyone there ever imagined a game would continuously add trophies & achievements to the extent a live service game could for a decade plus.
It's annoying but at the moment happy as I finally got DBD platinum trophy on PS5 last night.
Last two trophies were Nurse adept and then made friends with a SWF and did the triple blink grab first attempt as they knew what I was trying to do and let me do it. Ended the match with a slug race after opening the gate for them.
My first Platinum trophy for 10 years!
Congratulations. I started on Xbox, got the 3 blink grab achievement on there and after being on playstation for a long time now, I never have even tried to get it again.
I was lucky. Put off trying it for years as I'm bad with Nurse. Got the adept on Tuesday using the 4.6ms add on after you get a blink hit against survivors that could well have been playing on controller and holding it upside down. I guess to do with the MMR reset.
And yesterday I came up against a SWF that instantly knew what I was trying to do very first attempt when I triple blinked straight away at the start of the game and then stood there hitting the gen as they started running.
I was thinking I may get try the exact same thing as I'm also not great with her.

Don’t know why anyone would still play on consoles in 2026 where you have to pay to play online and they keep increasing the cost of the subscription every year… come to PC my sister. Everything carries over between platforms
Yeah when I heard they are charging of people playing online when people pay of internet already I was like well never going to get another console again. Its basically them demanding money of nothing in return.
I don't think everything moves over from a Switch.
