[Concept/Rework] Mobility Rework for The Executioner (Pyramid Head)

As we all know, The Executioner has extremely strong anti-loop potential-he can hit through walls and shut down almost any structure. So why is he usually placed in B-tier? The answer is simple: he lacks mobility. Mobility is essential in the current meta, and killers without mobility or cross-map pressure are struggle significantly at high MMR. This concept aims to give him just enough mobility to compete without overloading his kit.

(Rework Concept):

—While The Executioner has his Great Knife planted in the ground (Rites of Judgment):

—Primary Attack (M1): Casts Punishment of the Damned as usual.

—Secondary Ability Button: Activates Swarm of Rust Bugs.

Upon activation, a swarm of rusted bugs pulls him underground. All survivors within his Terror Radius hear a distinct bug swarm sound effect. While underground:

—Movement Speed: 6.2 m/s.

—Duration: Up to 10 seconds.

—Emerging: Pressing M2 triggers his exit animation, which takes 3 seconds to fully return to normal movement.

—Cooldown: 30 seconds.

—Terror Radius: Replaced by a 55m Lullaby while subterranean.

(Visual & Sound Cues):

At the location where he starts emerging, rusted bugs spill out and a large fissure appears in the ground as he gradually rises. After fully emerging, he cannot attack or interact with any objects for 1.5 seconds.

(Synergy Note):

If The Executioner emerges directly on top of a previously placed Rites of Judgment trail, the cooldown of this ability is reduced from 30 seconds to 20 seconds.

  • Pyramid Head is in an amazing spot right now, possibly the best he's ever been.

    • His power goes up elevation now.
    • Sprint Burst and Vigil got nerfed which previously would completely destroy him as prerunning is his whole counterplay.
    • He got all new add-ons and majority of them are genuinely viable.
    • He has a top 3 chase power
    • Solid A tier

I think as long as you can learn how to consistently be hitting his power you can win majority of your matches with ease. He definitely does not need to be given mobility slop.

Oh don't worry im not mad or anything, I was just expressing my opinion that he seems to be in a good spot and doesn't need buffs. The rework seems interesting though I'm glad you took the time to make it.
