You can still bodyblocking cage in 2v8
This is already the 4th or 5th iteration of the 2v8 mode, and survivors can still body-block the cage rescue.
That’s exactly what happened to me yet again — I was stuck in the cage, and a survivor decided to body-block my rescue for the entire game, ruining the match for the other 9 players.The survivors thought I had been forgotten and ran across the entire map to rescue me, only to realize they couldn’t get to me because of the body-blocking. In the end, the entire match was ruined for everyone.

Report them in game and report them to customer support with video and/or pictures.
I reported her and took a screenshot, but we all know it’s probably going to go nowhere. She had anonymous mode enabled which makes the screenshot pretty much useless.
Anonymous mode isn't bypassed when submitting a report to Support. They receive all of the match information as well.
They need to make adjustments because players shouldn't have to have their time wasted both in the match and filling out support tickets (which feels like too little too late).
They could make it so rescues can be perfomed from the sides as well as the front, similar to a hook. Or maybe if a survivor stands in the area that would body block the cage (would be small enough where another survivor can't move in for rescue) for 10-15 seconds then the caged survivor automatically gets removed with the self unhook BP reward. There's no reason to stand in front of a cage that long and not rescue, either move out of the way or perform the rescue. Either the survivor gets the BP for rescue or the person they are trying to grief gets the BP.

Anonymous mode is only anonymous to other players, not BHVR. The report is not useless and they can find the account of the user.
Cheaters buy it for small price and are more bigger issue then some bodyblocks.
Doubt these reports do something, maybe if people report you for fun like they did to streamers and they got banned for no reason (many people dislike them so they report them) so I doubt some average joe standing infront of cage few times per week gets banned.
Subtle cheaters dont get banned unless they arent so subtle (lot of cheaters now i see in 2v8 are playing billy with no decreased turning and walls but these cheat against 8 people so their downfall is fast).
Probably best solution.
Personaly my only two issues with cages are the one angle for rescue and second is hitbox of rescued survivor like I had many games I aimed for rescuing survivor and hit the uncaged one which makes tunneling more viable option and people wonder why.
