Davy Jones himself would be a more obvious choice, imo, though even that’s a stretch. Plus, the whole IP is pretty far removed from the more realistic depiction of pirates we have in HM.

Jack Sparrow killed multiple people in the movie. He's a PIRATE after all (The bad guys), similarly to Ghoul/Kaneki he's also a protagonist.
I think it would be one of the funniest skins in the game. Especially if he'd have Jack Sparrow's walk in chases ❤️

All I'm saying is that if you want a skin to race swap one of the few visibly black killers we have in this game, it should at least be related to some kind of horror property. But instead you want the Disney franchise with the guy who played Tonto.

No one is out "trying to race swap races" of people. People are however trying to get their favourite and iconic characters from popular movies into this game. Especially the most iconic ones from all time popular franchises.

how is Mina the set example for this when she is relativley new and was specifically created to be an alt for Trickster (both Lore-wise and irl) when there is Legendary killer skins like Birkin, Naughty Bear, the CryptTV Killers, Minotaur, …?
Honestly now that you say it, "Captain Clark" with a deformed backrooms dog may be a better idea fitting the horror theme.
Because Mina is by far the biggest killer skin that transforms who the killer is, by presentation, hype, and everything surrounding it. Not merely a reskin but a phenomenon
