Is the stats page ever going to get fixed?

The problem with my stats is that somehow it only Shows Everything after i activated cross-progression with my Switch account and thus there are years missing.. but thats just my assumption, maybe something else is broken..
Would be cool if they fixed it but I haven’t even seen them acknowledging that there are problems..?
What year did you start playing? if it was before the bloodweb rework its possible 😂
The stats only go back to Fall of 2020. So if you played before then, that would explain why would have so many hours with the game open and so few hours actually in match.
Yeah he most likely played those 1500 hours before fall of 2020.
I didn't even start playing the game until post 2020 lol and it's been basically all on steam.
Yeah Idk whats wrong with those stats - I have been in the menus over 2100 hours appearently. I mean I guess there were times where I had to wait 10 minutes or longer between matches and 2 vs 8 also didn't do any good in that regard, but I still believe that's not really accurate.
I believe I started to play actively somewhere in 2021 between the release of twins and trickster, so I should have all my matches recorded xD
The stats on the Total Hours are correct as far as we've been able to tell - it does not count any time that's in the Store, in lobbys, in queues etc and those amount to more than players feel. If you look at your total matches played, and multiply that by roughly 11 minutes, it gives you a good ballpark of time spent in matches.
That does make sense actually, but it's pretty insane how long you stay outside of matches then.

I've apparently only spent half my time playing matches, too (I have about 2000+ across Switch and PC but only around 1000 in game hours).
I do play a fair bit at practicing with bots as Killer and also in the Survive with bots mode from the tutorial (because it's better than nothing at all). I'm guessing it only tracks live games played, so those probably account for at least some of the time not spent playing.
Man there ain't no way I've spent 1400+ hours on the main menu. If it was SOME time in the menu, fine but over four times more as in game time?
If that's the case, that is a horrid display of the queue times in this game because I basically queue games back to back whenever I do play.
