Can you explain how these two legendaries equate to the same effort and quality?
Can you explain to me why:

We need to have words on the value and quality disparity of Legendaries. We keep asking for updates to certain ones for years now, characters who defined the Horror genre and deserve more respect.
Can we please look at bringing the legendaries to the quality Tiffany has? Please?

Simple answer.
Tiffany was made a year or so ago.
Cybil has been in the game for at least 3.
It's not just Cybil though is it, Maria and James also, Saga too
Point is there seems to be a lot less effort put into some Legendaries compared to others.
Yea and Shanoa needs to be made into a legendary skin as wellas Simon Belmont. And Richter's face needs to be fixed. And Daryl's screams/grunts need to be replaced (along with Ricks). And the Resident evil / Silent hill / Alan Wake legendaries need badges. And visual updates for silent hill's legendaries. And Rize needs a badge or banner of her own.
Yeah exactly I agree with you and Shanoa would be a wonderful Legendary
I wish they remodel her face so they did with Clair, Jill and so…
Legendary survivors also usually have the most annoying voice dub I ever heard.
Yeah, the legendary Tiffany cosmetic is perfection. A lot of the other legendary skins don’t have the same quality, especially the survivor ones. I really hope they go back and fix some of them.
It's her hair for me its awful and the fact all the survivor legendaries are caked in so much dirt for no reason, meanwhile the new Rick Grimes cosmetic is pristine no dirt on it at all.
I did a really quick fix on blender to show how bad it is (mine isn't perfect either) the one with the oversized wig is her actual one
They never make any sense.
I'm afraid she needs full face remodel. She looks nowhere close to SH. She's young fit cop in there, while in DBD she looks like she remembers quite a few of overdoses.
Sorry I should elborate I dont disagree with you I just mean her hair is hideous even, its no where like it also
I think it's a thing of the cosmetic design evolving.
The earlier cosmetics were more bland, dirtier, less flashy.
Now the cosmetics are like a neon sign.
While I think they've improved I just feel they could go back and make them match the rest of the more recent cosmetics so some characters don't look gross and unappealing while others look much better.
making things dirty and stinky looking will make less people buy it, they should focus on marketable and respectable designs for icons. Most RE fans and SH fans hate the characters in DBD who are legendary bar Sheva (coz she actually is the quality a legendary should be visually)
Of course, goblin survivors should be fixed up.
Grandpa Daryl should get a new voice.
