Can't join other lobbies and nobody can join mine even after I give permission
No matter if it's 1v4 or 2v8 either as surv or killer.
If you enter a lobby the owner gives you permission and you get stuck in "Waiting for PLAYER NAME to accept" and if someone enter your lobby you give permission only for them to get stuck in the same situation.

This is likely in part due to the current outage, its affecting everything to do with matchmaking and queues I'm afraid.
