let’s remove the DC penalty by now. We all have been wanting it and it encourages better gameplay instead of forcing these killers to play against a bot. Look at the stats im sure they are well above what they should be. Can’t wait for the tunneling update. What do you all think

    If I have to deal with TBers and flashlight clickers then you have to deal with ghoul and clown.

    If the stats are higher than they should be, that had nothing to do with DC's.

    BHVR already ignores any game where a disconnect occurs and doesn't include it in stats. So what you see with "official kill rates" is after they've already tossed out the results from games with any disconnect at all, even if it's just one player.

    The "player experience" kill rate is likely a bit higher than the official kill rate, since an early "give up" or "go next" survivor disconnect basically means the other 3 are stuck in a losing game, and none of those kills are counted in official stats.

    The only people who want the DC penalty removed are the chronic disconnectors who are constantly ruining other people’s games. The DC penalty system is doing its job by keeping these people from playing the game.

    Oh but every other game is okay with you dc’ing. What if my internet crapped itself? Oh that’s added to the timer. What happens if the server crashes? Oh added to the timer (sometimes). If a match is unwinnable why drag it out. Abandon button needs to come sooner in my opinion. I’ve been playing this game for quite some time but now? The games are horrible, I love dbd but we all end up dying. By 5-4 gens. It’s crazy. I’m solo so it’s expected but when no gen has been touched everyone is on death hook I think that’s fair to go next not sit in a game doing jack crap. Oh and then the killer turns friendly after 2 kills, yeah no, f that.

    Server crashes don’t give you a DC penalty. If your internet is that unreliable, you should not be playing online games because you are ruining it for everyone else. Just because you are frustrated with the matches doesn’t mean you should be allowed to ruin other people’s games.

    actually they do like I said (sometimes). My internet isn’t unreliable it’s dbd servers. Anything else?
