Glad I didn't buy because I got the skin for free and I've already got a trapper mask that fits in perfectly with the skin. I've also got a nice trapper weapon so I'm happy all round.
I got the skin I wanted without the need to purchase the head and weapon too.

Sure, but a player willingly to spend real money on a cosmetic when they can just get for free? I don't think so. If someone spends money and want to spend money on DBD they can log in at least once a week for sure. If not, they would buy with iri shards

Iri Shards only accumulate enough if you play enough - some people that play this game may not be able to every day/every week due to life circumstances (work, family, really just time away from your gaming system…)..
I am not saying these are a majority of people and it probably wouldnt make that much of a difference in this specific case.. but theoretically it isnt that unlikely
