What kinds of skins would you like to see come out and for who?
Hey guys, so I’ve been thinking that it would be super cool to make a thread of what kinds of legendary skins you’d like to see come to DBD. Since the devs released an exclusive legendary outfit for Tubs (Rainbow Six) for Renato, I think pretty much anything’s possible once licensing and such is approved (I’ll admit I don’t know how any of that works, lol).
So I’ll start this off by me answering my own question, because I would LOVE to see Billy Coen from Resident Evil: 0 come to DBD as a legendary skin for Leon S. Kennedy. He’s one of my favorite guys even though there’s not much on his character. I feel like he would fit right in with the game. I’m really hoping that the devs will consider this because honestly Billy is a pretty solid character, but I feel that he’s overlooked and underrated. I also would love to see him and Rebecca being in the same lobby and Rebecca positively acknowledges him.

My favourite example to bring up in threads like these will remain the same: Alex Wesker as a legendary skin for the Mastermind, and additionally, Moira Burton as a legendary skin for Rebecca. They've already acknowledged Rev 1 with Jill's wetsuit, they should acknowledge Rev 2 as well…
A Jake Muller skin would be so cool man I wish he came with Weskers chapter.
(I would take these as their own characters but I guess it’s more likely -if at all- as legendarys)

The survivors from DbDs official release trailer - alpha versions of our main cast. Dont even need an licensing just like Naughty Bear. Would be cool for an anniversary with the original trailer being remade.
Those nurse monsters from Silent Hill either as PH or Nurse legendary.
L4D characters for original survivors where we already have outfits based on them.

I’d love a Harry mason legendary skin for Cheryl so I can have all the trilogy silent hill characters in dbd
And I want some random skin for phead (maybe one designed by the devs themselves) or maybe a “classic pyramid head” cosmetic which ACTUALLY replicates the original one from the 2000s
And also I saw this idea on YouTube that the unknown could get a legendary cosmetic set as the nurses from silent hill and imo it actually sounds neat on paper with unknown moves exactly like the nurses from silent hill 2

I'd argue that SH Nurse would work better as a legendary skin for Spirit than for DBD's own Nurse, as Spirit's twitching and general way of moving fits the closest to how SH Nurse moves in it's own game than compared to DBD's own floating Nurse.
Sherry Birkin for rebecca , Jake Muller for wesker. RE 6 leon and adas outfit I know many didnt fancy re6 but I was one of the few that love them. Crazy part is in pvp mode leon/ada and the entire cast have COOL outfits compare to their story one yet for some stupid reason capcom did not make you be able to change cloths like you could in re 5.

yeah. To be honest, I have no clue on anything about SH. Just know about those nurses bc of this forum and think the design is too cool to not bring to DbD. So if Spirit fits better then I am all for that!

His movement itself is almost an exact replica of the nurses from silent hill 2
Not entirely sure on that, however seeing as the legendary skins are scaled to the same size and height as their base killer counterparts that they're for, Spirit's size would fit SH2's Nurse more than Unknown would because Spirit is near the same height as Survivors themselves.
Also if the Hunk & Naughty Bear skins has taught us anything, it's that bhvr can change the general animations for skins.
