Somehow I can't shake the feeling that the last few weeks have been all about store items and outfits.
yeah, Hunt with style and survive with style... what's the point if the game is bad and full of bugs?
The quality of the game has really dropped, and it's not just me that's annoyed. What's going on with BHVR?
DBD is evolving more and more from a party game to a competitive game, which is very bad.
Everyone wants to be the best. Nobody wants to be labeled casual anymore (stupid MMR)..... Look at all the posts on the forums, Reddit, and other social media... people get upset and complain about every little thing.
Today alone DBD crashed 5 times for me..... the PTB was catastrophic and what did we finally get live? ....

BHVR just pushed out an engine update. It was bound to break many things.
Hopefully, all the bugs will get ironed out soon.
And the comp mindset... Well, I'd love to have the 2016 community today.
Every new update that they put out breaks other stuff due to their prevalence of spaghetti code. With this one they also put out a full engine update and their regular update. I fully expected it to be a disaster full of bugs, broken stuff etc.
The teleporting, rubber banding etc is just horrible to play tho for real

truely, it is unacceptable to release in this state.
I got a flashback to when I played ARK and Studio Wildcard ######### the bed with their catastrophic rollout of what was essentially a overhyped & overpromised paid UE5 update that ended up DOA. The lying, manipulating, and alienating their playerbase ontop of leaving many bugs still in the game that were supposed to be squashed to this day leaves a particular kind of stain on their brand's reputation.
I don't think that's the case here, but I'm still not impressed. Rubberbanding…just like the many of the other horror stories on the forums that would keep your average DBD enjoyer up at night.
Also, store is an improvement for sure. Still some clutter that can be fixed in the future. Like why does there need to be 2 seperate sections for cosmetics? I feel there is a better way to consolidate those options and have a dedicated tab or page that already does it with filters to reduce the amount of menu clutter to navigate.
The only thing that bothers me is that you show things in the store that shouldn't even be available, like Dwight's shirt (Bloodletting or Dev Shirt). Why is something like that shown if it's not available to everyone anyway? and why should I buy the survivor or killer packs just to get access to the two red charms? I have already bought them.... is a mystery to me...so much money just for 2 charms...no thanks
