After they nerf sadako and pig to the ground at least on steam there should be refund dlc option no matter how times you played with them cause this is called scam

    You accepted the EULA when playing the game. This includes that the Devs can change whatever they like. There is no Refund-option.

    And this the most scummy thing dev ever did. I mean you buy a product but developers can change its quality whatever they want

    Looks like someone agreed to EULA without reading it. A timeless classic.

    This is completely normal for a Live Service game.

    Refunds are with the platform that you purchased that content on - so with Steam for example it's within 14 days of purchase and with less than 2 hours played.

    This is a Live Service game, things can and will change in game - we are very clear on this in the EULA. We also monitor those changes made very carefully both statistically and through community feedback and our design team adjusts when it's felt necessary.
