and Kindred not showing the killer's aura probably intended change
Survivors getting nerfed and killers getting buffed, nothing new here
i believe Kindred is bug but Jolt has been left like this for months, if it's a bug, it doesn't make sense that it hasn't been fixed until now
Both kindred and jolt are bugged, but they've been both bugged long enough we shouldn't expect them to be fixed ever lol.
Pretty sure Kindred has been bugged for a year and a half now... beginning to suspect it's probably not a bug
Just checked the bug reports and one of them says "the black bubble overrides auras by design", so it seems BHVR shadow nerfed kindred and bitter murmur once upon a time and lots of people still believe it's a bug (including me until two minutes ago)
None of these are reported official changes, just like deadlock being bugged for ages
it's probably mentioned as some bugfix, they added 1s to barbeque and mentioned it as bugfix of screaming without mentioning bbq . also they may have forgotten to put it into changelog, but think again, if surge does cause screaming that means some dev added it.
No, I always use Kindred and I believe it broke with the Alien patch or the 2nd after it
Also, they addressed Kindred in the PTB
Jolt is a buff for sure, of course
What's up with it now? The only thing I can think of is the black bubble and that's been around for a year and a half. I've complained about it several times in that time lol
Well that sucks
From what i remember the bubble ALWAYS overrided auras so saying they ever shadow nerfed it in the first place isn't correct.
If you are on the hook you can't see the killer's aura
I can only imagine it was because thats how the perk worked on release then magically disappeared one day with no patch notes.
