Because NetEase has absolutely no regard for artistic integrity.
Because they're basically different games made by different people.

Considering it takes ages for BHVR to implement basic QoL changes to the main game I'd say the mobile team is just much more experienced at running a GaaS like DBD.
So many years have passed, yet trapper and wraith still have very basic lackluster mori's.
