About Haddonfield
So ive been playing a lot more killer lately and im starting to understand why killers hate haddonfield so much. Though some of these might just be me being bad at killer.
Balanced landing of course.
A lot of gens are hidden in the houses so i cant see them directly or see scratch marks near the gens
So im near a gen that like 50% complete and i hear a survivor going AUGHHH HUUUHHHHHAHH AUUUHHHHHHHH and i cant tell where they are cuz there are a million places they could be. in the house, in the locker, in the bush, behind the fence, behind that hedge.

It's just a horrendous map all round.
Far too many of the pallets are laughably safe. (The exception being the ones against cars along the street)
The houses are split evenly along the map with each being stronger than the strongest loop on almost any other map.
At the very least, windows should be blocked so there is only one on of the upstairs of any given house.
I would also say that the balconies on houses should be cut off. It's too strong to be able to sit out there, and not committing to dropping down until the killer is CERTAINLY going through the window. You want to drop down? Commit to it out a window. They remove any potential plays for the killer when you HAVE to go out the window to get them off that edge and then just get sucked into the loop anyway.
The first one is legit, the other two are due to experience. The map really makes BL shine. There are other reasons as well. There are a LOT of safe loops, and at least two infinite's, if the rng keeps the second floor windows unlocked. It's a terribly balanced map, but seeing that it took years for Freddy to be reworked, and with him his Preschool map, I don't see the devs getting a fire lit under themselves to do anything about it.
It is easily the worst map in the game. I look forward to if it ever gets reworked.
It should be the map that gets the rework with the mid-chapter patch in January/February.
