It's not the game's fault if players are bad, dude. And I highly doubt half-hour wait times.
That's not BHVR's fault, that's the playerbase's fault. They won't shut down the Switch version because of a few new survivors and killers.
It's full of new people, what do you expect? The game doesn't discourage them from facecamping at all, and they don't know how to play properly.
Watch out for the attack dogs..

They lose 7.5 chaser emblem points for every second they stay within 8 meters of the hooked survivor.
They don't make as much bloodpoints as killers who don't facecamp unless survivors feed them.
What exactly do you want to happen? What's to stop them if they don't want to rank up or cares about points?
Half hour wait times? I play on Switch and survivor games are instaneous while you have to wait a few minutes for a killer game.
Plus bad survivors are in all platforms so you might as well shut down DBD as a whole with that logic.
New players probably don't even know they lose emblems points. Most new killers just camp because they don't know how to play.
