As console nurse main i'm fine with the nerf, but buff the movement speed!
we all know a good nurse even on console (no add ons), may be too strong with almost no counterplay, but trust me is so frustrating missing hits on due to low sensitivity, and now we have to wait 6 seconds to catch up(1 blink will be definitely not enough, because with the blink cooldown, survivors can get much more distance).. buff her movement speed around 105% and for me everything will be fine..

It'll be interesting to see how well a killer that uses her power, which is on a cooldown, as her primary source of movement can keep up with a sprinting survivor.
Yeah it's like they forgot the original changes they did to her made her rely on blinking for movement.
i'll call that right now, maybe on pc god nurses will have no problems with this nerf, but on console it's impossible to avoid this problem
Unless they do a console only build/patch, they should never balance the game around bad performing machines/controllers. I'm 100% in support of adding a separate balance change if it's a console exclusive change.
@Elegant the nerf even on pc is noticeable: Less map control, less snowball potential, more punishing from missing hits (dead hard also stronger)..meh
Also a ps4 nurse main, i don't know how i feel about this nerf. Console nurses already have to contend with several hindrances, maybe on pc players will adapt but i suspect this will really hurt console nurses :(
Yeah the least they can do is give her 115 speed to make her a m1 killer rather than trash like she is right now
It's noticeable and it should be. Nurse is the most blatantly overpowered character in any video game i've ever played. And I played LoL when mordekaiser first got reworked. She had a really really low skill ceiling with a massively absurd win potential. The amount of skill it required to learn and play nurse at a high enough level to consistently win every game was so stupidly low. If someone were to play Nurse for 500+ hours and tried hard to win every game, they would rarely get less than 3 kills. I would honestly guess they would have at least an 85% win rate as nurse. This kind of win rate isn't present anywhere close to that number in any other video game. In LoL one tricks dedicate thousands of hours into their favorite character and almost no one in the game can achieve more than a low 50s % win rate in ranked games. You can dedicate a fraction of that time into nurse and get at least a 70% win rate and that's low balling the estimate. The update will finally raise the nurse's skill ceiling to a point where players actually have to invest time in her to learn how to play her, as well as learning all of the maps, while also paying attention to how survivors play. Really great nurse players will still be really deadly and mediocre nurse players will struggle. Which is exactly how it should be.
@elegant i agree with the skill ceiling factor, but the main problems before were the extra blink and the omegablinks add ons...you really see few addonless nurses out there who are really good...but i think the nerf is too much.. 1 blink(but rather than 20 m distance maybe 24m) and 110% movement speed would make more sense..or 105% with 2 blinks and recharge bar.. would still be the best killer in the game but balanced.. right now the nerf is too much.
