I Find funny how on console when the fps are bad you look like a rank 20

i don't know what to say anymore, during march, it has been said: '' dbd on console will run at 60 fps''.. to me it looks like that after the last patch they are even worse.. i know the solution is to restart the game if the fps are unstable, but i'm noticing more consistent drops after like 2 games, even when i bloodlust the game just freezes.. i play on rank 1 so it's not that nice to have these problems..it makes the game even more frustrating...
