So I don’t think Resilience needs any big changes, probably just some simple number tweaks would be fine.
Why not increase the action speed bonus from 3/6/9 to 6/8/12%.

Resilience does affect mending speed and snap out of it aswell too
Really? I knew it that it affects Snap Out of It but it never really seems like it affects my mending speed.
