The golden Feng min outfit was a limited time skin that came in a steam code.
You can't get it on mobile or console, and the only way to get one now is to buy the code from a seller for hundreds of dollars. Even then, its for PC only.
Couldn't tell you then, I don't follow mobile as its inferior to the original game in every way imo.
The original outfit is what I said above for PC, im guessing this ones bought with auric cells because of the outfits rarity.
