This scenario is exactly what the ptb testing is for. They need feedback to try and iron out these issues.
It would be good to know what regions thw servers are up in and an indicator in lobby of what server region you have connected too as the ptb may only have a few so you could get connected to a further away one than normal.

Oof, they still said it won’t be completely ironed out even when they are cleared to go.

I thought dedi's were only for the PTB.
Ifg you think the hitboxes are an issue you should see the huntress hatchets on dedicated server...
These servers are likely going to be a rough transition, we are already seeing bad signs
They will still make games a ton more consistent.
Maybe but the question is what will the price be and whom will be paying it?
I really hope dedicated servers will help against these ridiculous hitboxes.
