Another nerf which hurts solos more than swf
"Adjusted the distance at which the player hears the Entity window blocker audio from 16 meters to 8 meters"
So basically this will make it for solos much more difficult to know when the killer has bamboozle. Usually, when you are close by and someone else gets chased u were able to hear the entity blockers from a balanced distance. This is gone now. The issue: swf doesn't care. The chased survivor will still hear/see that and will voice call that to his team mates which solos can't do.
Good job devs. We are asking so often for buffs ONLY for solo survivors but all what we get are survivor nerfs which are always hurting solos more than swf or doesn't hurt swf at all.

Just keep track of how many times you've vaulted and you wont have to worry about the sound cue.
@Peanits can you explain the reasoning behind this nerf? Windows are a bad thing to touch and this doesn't affect the target for nerfs, SWF so can you explain what this is for since it's obviously not good.
This seems like a pointless nerf no matter what tbh
Bamboozle mate. Trust me, everyone in this Community can count to 3.
I think that's a bit of an exaggeration. This isn't really an area where SWF is going to make much of a difference versus solo.
It works well with the new perk that blocks vault locations around a completed generator. The idea being that the survivor that finishes the generator might not realize that the killer's running the perk until it's too late.
It wouldn't necessarily be a nerf to solo players over SWF unless you regularly play with one of your friends as a spotter, watching windows and reporting in just in case they get blocked while you intentionally look away from them and try not to see any blockers.
As far as I know, window blockers only stop the survivor triggering them.
In all my time playing this game, I've never been in the situation where one survivor blocks a window and another survivor needed to vault it. So, I could be completely wrong here.
Oh so it's a synergy nerf. They could have built it in to the perk though. It still seems a bit much for the base.
Whining about literally anything, are we not? If the Killer has Bamboozle, you dont hear it from across the map, otherwise you would have a point. How would this be a nerf to solos vs SWF?
Unless the killer has bamboozle, the windows are only blocked for the survivor that used the windows. This is specifically stated in the game. I don't see how this changes anything, really.
