2 new survivors in one chapter... are they gonna "legion" this?
As in its actually 1 survivor with 3 perks that has the other survivor as an alternative skin, or are they actually adding 6 perks for 2 complete survivors?
Inquiring minds want to know, but I'm speculating they're gonna "legion" it. If not, then I really hope the Bloodweb grind reduction changes they mentioned in the Dev Update will come out with the next chapter.

We know for sure that it is two distinct Survivors. I'm guessing we are getting six perks.
Wouldn't make much sense to make skins of survivors since they're all basically skins. They'd also need a shared name. So what would that be? "The Strongwilled" ?

If we dont have to pay for the other character who isnt included in the chapter THEN we'll most likely be able to swap to them through the cosmetics.

Out of the 6 perks I hope one of them is hatch related. I don't know if that would fit either of the characters since I don't watch ST but I've always wanted a hatch perk and we don't have any for either side currently
I hope the perks are under rated like. I prefer perks that is not used by everyone. It create a more unique game play when players don’t expect it.
They could have the same teachables but be separate characters but I doubt that's the route the devs are taking since the bloodweb rework is coming soon!
Well then, that answers things nicely. So, survivors will have a total of 71 perks, and killers will have 63. That bloodweb grind reduction overhaul better be in the chapter release because its getting out of hand.
