Legacy isn't coming back. Why do you think you should get it?
legacys wont be coming back anymore.
sorry, but they are a relict of the past.
unless you had legacys before and lost them to a bug (like some players) you should also not be able to obtain them anymore.
I mean, technically it's not. But the "rift exclusive" outfit suuuuure looks a lot like a blue legacy.
And the hallowed blights look like evil legacy.
They wont ever bring it back in the way we expect or know, but they're definitely not gonna let the glow go.
The glow is cool. But it isn't what OP is asking form
for me it's a very beautiful outfit, it would be nice if we could put all legacy outfits on all skins.

Legacy is not coming back. It was a one time thing and no matter how many times it's asked for, it's not coming back.
