Idea for a totem counter
So, the biggest suggestion to counter NOED is a totem counter, so survivors can see how many totems are left. Had a thought on how, if implemented, that could be made immersive. Doesn't seem to fit the theme of the game if you had a counter on your hud, after all. So, what if a counter appeared as a board somewhere on the map? Could be on the side of the maps prominent location, or even near the exit gates. Heck, the board could even be themed after the killer.
My idea is for keeping at least some of the immersion with such a counter. You'll need to hunt it out first, then keep an eye on it through out the match to see what's left. Gives survivors something minor to do, while they're hunting for those pesky totems.

Idk, I don't see a random board saying how many totems are left fitting the game either (plus, that would encourage survivors to go and look for the board every little bit in the game so they know if they should keep their eyes peeled or not). Totem counter is a good idea and I've heard it before too. However, if a totem counter on our screen telling us how many are left doesn't fit the theme, then what about the gen counter? I guess that doesn't fit the theme either? Yet they've already done that.
Slap on a totem counter on a perk like Small Game and you'd be set. Behavior love their band-aids and this is a perfect opportunity for one.
This is one of the most unreasonable requests ever.
Give killers timer when borrowed time and ds expire as baseline. Fair?
SWF groups already have their totem counter. Why talking about how to keep the gap between solos and SWF?
sure lets make gigantic billboard in middle of the map.
But for real
I would buff small game perk - it shows you how many totems left
I will keep repeating this until I die, or until it gets added. Totem counter should be baseline and in HUD. Small game doesn’t need a buff, it will indirectly get buffed when totems become more hidden. The new badham maps are a perfect example of this, because finding the totems on that map can be actually very difficult.
Why do people want to keep the gap as big as possible between solo and swf?? Are people not getting it that the bigger the gap the bigger the unbalance is?
A totem counter in any capacity is a bad, bad idea. Just do dull totems. if you missed one just escape, or find the hex totem. NOED isn't OP.
