Correction, they said no more exclusives unless they were in a situation without choice. Nintendo likely made them put an exclusive item in, Nintendo is known to have done this in the past with other games.

Well, it isn't that great skin. Basic trapper, only brighter with left shoulder burnt and a lego-made mask.
Maybe it's a timed exclusive?
