Leatherface change?
Adjusted the cooldown for successful Cannibal chainsaw attacks to be the same as that for a missed chainsaw attack (adjusted movement speed and reduced duration from 3 seconds to 2 seconds).
Can I get an explanation on what they mean by this?

As of now, after landing a succesful chainsaw-attack Leatherface enters a 3 seconds cooldown. In the upcoming patch that cooldown will be reduced from3 seconds to 2.
After getting a chainsaw hit and the swinging ends you'll recover a second faster

So it's more of a buff than a change or nerf?

Still not full sure, so I get the stun like if I hit a wall or? Is it that I just altogether finish chainsaw animation faster?

It's a buff. His cooldown is now shorter.
@ShrekIsHot Only when you successfully get a hit and do not bump into a wall.
Its the cooldown after he stops swinging
