Is Freddy going to be Level 1 in the PTB ?

When we get a new killer we all start at level 1 usually. But Freddy is still Freddy, right? Can we use our current perks/items from the live servers on the PTB?

    We keep everything levels/add-ons/offerings/prestige.

    Everything besides experience with his power.

    Unlikely, killers are usually new, however they'll take a "snapshot" of your save a week before the PTB, and use that. So whatever level he was about a week ago is what he'll be in PTB.
