Furtive Chase would be good on legion

The bleedout bar is no longer tied to chasing, but the TR, right? Furtive chase might actually be useful on Legion, since you'd be able to, at max, reduce his terror radius to 16 meters, allowing you to chase a survivor while they bleedout since you're too close for them to safely heal, but they're not close enough to pause the timer.

  • The bleedout bar is no longer tied to chasing, but the TR, right?

but ur killer instinc work with tr . so you woulsnt see anyone on few stacks

  • @n2njauwu no, its set to a specific distance I think

  • Wait, I thought Legion was removed from the game?!

Oh wait, you mean the thing that they call Legion these days... well, yea, it could use a smaller TR in a chase. Like AetherBytes said, KI radius is different from actual TR.

  • Not it wouldn't be good at all. You'd have to hook your obsession 4 friggin' times to get the full effect of Furtive Chase. And then what ? 16 meters of TR is still significant. You'd have to maintain a very specific distance to force them to bleed out while maintaining the chase. Eventually they will just try to mend and you will have to advance and hit them.

The only killers I can see Furtive Chase being a gimmick on are Huntress and Doctor. After 4 stacks, Huntress would have a 4 meters TR and she does not sing in chase. Doctor can stack the Calm add-ons to get a 4 meter TR in chase in punishment mode.

But the fact that you have to get 4 hooks on specific survivors to make this even work, and that you can lose all the effect if the obsession die mean its still pretty damn bad.

  • Being in chase pauses Deep Wounds though.

  • Furtive Chase only reduces your terror radius in a chase. There is no way for you to reliably be in a chase but more than 16 meters away from the survivor. This ignores the tokens mechanics on the perk that make it too hard to activate.

  • It could be good on Legion but not for the reason you think.

Well it's a very nice thing it allows you to get a lot closer to survivors with frenzy as your terror radius is smaller.( killer instinct being distance-based now)

However it's too niche for something that you have to spend your time hooking for people up and will lose all the progress the second The Obsession dies.

Think of it like devour hope and huntress lullaby but with a severely reduced impact basically you have to put in as much work for a very niche result.
