Remove the offering screen
It gives too much preparation to DC either Survivor OR Killer. Secret offerings shouldn't even show up in the screen at all.
This needs to change because now that Survivors also know they can dc with no penalty people are abusing it, HEAVILY.

The offering screen is fine.
They just need to make it so that if someone DCs in the offering screen, they lose 3 pips and any addons + the offering they use, as well as cancelling the match for everyone else.
Dont punish everyone because a few people are dicks.
Sadly I don't think this will work because rank is so messed up it will just be a faster way to derank deliberately.
Helps sometimes though. When you are killer and see four of the purple offerings that remove hooks, you know you are playing some toxic SWF.
As discussed in one of my older posts, they should just have a time out effect like in some games where if you DC you will be put under a timer before being able to play again.
This will deter people from DCing as it won't be "a faster way to find a """better""" match" and they could even have it so it detects if it was a crash OR a DC. (Don't know if that last part is possible but who knows)
Losing pips is exactly what they want anyways. You would just encourage to dc more.
I agree with @FireHazard.
And the others are right, it would just be an easier way to depip. But I do think offering screen is fine other than secrets being shown
