I URGE the developers to watch this entire video (Reduce the max number of pallets).
Reduce. The. Maximum. Number. Of. Pallets. Already.

How is this game even considered remotely balanced? You, if you're lucky, get hit with around 10 pallets and are able to get 3 hooks with HILLBILLY. How am I even supposed to use my chainsaw to instantly down them when there's SO MANY pallets they can run to??
This video doesn't show it, but I'm playing at rank 1.

Could you? Thanks.
Change the base number for a pallet location to spawn a pallet to 90%, but every pallet decreases the chance of other pairs of pallets by 15%. Start with a garunteed 4 pallets
4 pallets - 100%
6 pallets - 90% chance
8 pallets - 75% chance
10 pallets - 60% chance
12 pallets - 45% chance
14 pallets - 30% chance
16 pallets - 15% chance
There will never be less than 4 pallets or more than 16. According to RNG, 10 to 14 pallets would be pretty common. I think that is fair.
Bloodlust disappear can cause some great issues in some areas, especially the stone circle. A good survivor can loop you there for 3 rounds or more if you respect pellets, then after you break the pellet he can loop you for other 2-3 rounds, close to 1.30/2 minutes can be wasted on here alone
with Bloodlust gone on hitting survivors, pellets wouldn't be much of an issue
[Survivor logic of yours]
"Don't respect the pallet, just destroy it!"
Of course it doesnt work, if so, people would play like that, destroying a pallet means, the survivor gets away and you have to track them again (giving them based on the chase length all the points they need + 250 "ez" escape points)
