The Nurse is broken by design, there is no way to give her a nerf that would either make her essentially useless as a base or change almost nothing
The only nerf she needs is to extra blink and range add-ons. Otherwise, she's fine.
Her addons need nerfed but other than that the only way to fix nurse would be a total rework saying this from someone whom used to main nurse but now plays spirit. But we know what happens when the devs rework killers so I would rather her stay how she is but her add-ons need some serious changes.
It feels like "nerf nurse" threads never get old. There's like a few of them every day.
Only the megablink is overpowered.
Without the addons the nurse is pretty balanced.
Nurse skill > survivors skill = Nurse win
Nurse skill < survivors skill = Nurse lose
Mid tier - Low tier killers
Killer skill > survivors skill = Killer can still lose
Killer skill < survivors skill = Killer lose

Thank god too, because neither of them need nerfs.
Why don't you just adapt?
Nurse and Billy are nothing compared to some other underrated killers like Michael and Leatherface in my opinion, a killer is only as good as you are.
